for the circles in the corners I use the crown like you did I just set the opacity low on the crown and then make the gems on the crown whatever color I need. although your title did turn out amazing.
i liked ME better, but this one is also good, something looks off about the center plate, maybe it's the frame not fitting, maybe try another frmae, that one is the same one you used in the other title anyway
To cover up those circles, all you had to do was use lettering by typing out three periods together and place them there because they fit perfectly. Trust me because that's what I do with my titles. 😊

I tend to find the making the main plate material glitter makes the belt look 10x better.

The black looked better then the white tbh because it looked like it went with the strap
