- Here it finally is, the Solo Cox CM Teaching Stream! I kept putting this off since I felt it wasn't perfect or wasn't a good showcase, it took me maybe 5 attempts to get a decent olm. CMs have the highest gear reqs of any content in the game, these are doable without inq but I'd really highly recommend having everything else. Tbow, shadow and inq mace are all incredibly important items to have. If curious I have a PB of 27:04.20, record is 26:38 by rot salad.

Some might say Port Khazard, Rastaman, Synq, Kirby, Aaty, and all of them would be very close, but if we’re all being totally real, Gnomonkey is honestly the GOAT when it comes to OSRS streamers. Also, not sure if you got the comment I left on your one Inferno teaching stream for Bowfa Gnome, but massive thanks for that video as it helped me tremendously to get my cape like 4-5 months back. Have only had my account for 3 years and almost 2200 total level, doing all end game content, minus HMT and Colosseum yet, but they are right around the corner! Plan on starting Colosseum grind as soon as I’m able to put together my Soulreaper Axe, or which I’m only missing Siren’s Staff for and am HEAVILY on that grind at the moment! Keep it up brother! ❤
I got my infernal cape thanks to your videos. I kept panicking and not focusing on DPS'ing during healers, got past it.
I'm over 1600 cox kc, so this is just a few recommendations based upon various factors:
Large scales teams 8+:
Generally you don't use overload until call before olm, and don't sip and revits or xeric's aids specifically as they will point rob and actually be detrimental to the OVERALL points.
Only shortcut that is done is on boulder, the rest are left for alt if there is one.
Lunar is the best spellbook for humidify at olm/vials, and vengeance throughout the raid, which is very helpful if you scythe little muta, tekton in general, etc. EDIT: Requires divine rune pouch
Always scout for a tightrope room, its the biggest point room in scaled raids.
You will know "how olm is set", either "mage" or "melee", by his head movement, and the spec. An example being: Runners run to melee side and when olm turns to LOOK AT MELEE and then performs a special, he is on mage-skip and mage hand needs to skip. If olm TURNS TO LOOK AT THE MAGE and performs a special, then it is melee set, and the meleer must skip. That's how you tell. As you get better you'll just know lol.
Skipping is pretty basic for mage, let the runners go to melee side, eat a hit and run to melee side to skip the second he performs an animation to attack you.
Melee skipping is a bit different and requires you to run to the border of melee hand (like the finger next to pinky/mage spot for meleer) and then when olm faces you, you run to thumb, then when he performs an animation/attack you immediately run to melee skip/mage side to skip.
Solo raids:
Skipping is pretty easy once you understand how to MELEE SKIP specifically, because its the same thing you will be doing solo lol, but you have to different ways of setting, when your at melee side furthest mage spot while maging, you can decide to run all the way back to mage side to eat no damage.
Mutta will punish you.
ice demon, if done "crazy style", can take 140 sticks + the starting inventory, you have to be near tick perfect, and your still left with 2-3 seconds, so there is some leeway. Ice demon is by far the biggest point room solo for me.
Guardians room is used to get 40k point combat achievement, as long as you can do olm solo with no deaths, then just pre-prep first floor entirely, make a whole extra inventory of xerics aids, make sure guardians is floor 2, kill 1 guardian and then run into the door nonstop for 40 infinite points that have no cap. It can take a bit but its basically a guarantee lol.
You gave me the confidence to actually start sending inferno attempts. 7 attempts made it to zuck 4 times. Your videos are super helpful and informative. Keep up the great content brother

How come your invent tags disappear/reappear randomly?
It's Dynamic Inventory Tags. It only shows up if I miss a switch. So if I have a melee weapon on, it'll show me if I miss a melee switch, etc

Hi, what stats are needed for CM? skilling wise
72 wc & 75 thief bare minimum, but ideally 96 wc / 95+ thief. u get an extra kiddling every 12 wc levels, & at 95 thief u dont get 1 grub pickpockets anymore

The tick being 0.6s in Osrs really means you can optimise every part of combat encounters, and then do it consistently.
Really enjoy seeing this style of content to see how far you can push it when you treat it like a science

You had a max cape and didn't use it in thieving room, doesn't it act as a thieving cape?
He needs the +1 boost which max cape doesn't give. Only regular 99 capes have that option.

would love to see money solo cm noprep setup/guide.
Usually you wouldn't solo cm for money, but if you were dead set on it:
Pick one Spellbook (probably Lunars for veng), drop max Cape & bring assembler
Drop thrall book, sweets, harm, tome, change some runes in pouch. Bring two stamina (3 may be necessary depending on your run management)
Cast SBS at bank to cast enfeeble (or whatever it is I don't remember) a tek. - this will stop you from being able to alt PS reset tek, although you will be doing anything 1hammer+ and not resetting at all really.
Optional: bring loc orb. brew, ovl, loc to get to 1hp for rope skip (killing rope may be too many brew to no-prep)
Iirc ice should be shadowed with 0 hammers, or tbowed with > 0 hammer

@@MultiJesse67 pretty much yup. There's not much you an do if not bringing sweets & trying to no-prep. To be fair it's much lower than 50/50 as you can tickeat but you can just get rambo'ed and not have brews for olm.
YMMV I would suggest just bringing sweets but that eats a lot into profit so they stop being money raids
