Small Powder Blender is preferred choice for small batch powder mixing in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, chemical, food and allied industries. This R&D Blender is suitable in mixing pharmaceutical granules, coffee beans, coffee powder, tea masala powder, semolina flour, seeds, starch, cocoa, chocolate flakes, powdered milk, baby food, preparations to make dehydrated soups and creams, leaf waxes, soap flakes, artificial fertilizers, detergent granules, fibreglass, plastic in powder, ground or pellet form etc.
Blender consist two cone shaped sections joint together in one frame. A hermetically sealing butterfly valve uses to discharge the mixture. To prevent the operator from accessing the unit while it is in use, it is equipped with a guard rail with electrical safety. Operation will cease if anybody want to gain access.
Through the loading hole, the solids are added to the double cone blender. As the powder passes through the various portions of this type of blender, mixing occurs axially. Although substantial mixing occurs, it is based on the spinning speed.
Interestingly it is cantilever design, so any shape & size bowl can be attached to the machine easily. It can use bowl from 1 liters to 50 liters capacity. Further it can use shape of Double Cone, Octagonal, V Cone, Bin Type, Ribbon Type in one single machine. Due to this characteristics it is also called simple powder blender.
