  • Christopher Gregor is accused of forcing his six-year-old son to run on a treadmill because he believed the young boy was “too fat.” The son, Corey Micciolo, later died of the injuries he sustained from the alleged abuse. Gregor faces several charges at trial including endangering the welfare of a child and first-degree murder.

      Notice his own workout is easy. Even , a 60 yr old woman, could do it. I didn't see HIM running on a treadmill either. But Corey was such a soldier! Didn't cry or complain. Apparently he knew what was coming. This video didn't depict a one time event. Corey knew what to expect and did his best not to disappoint his father. And he accepted punishment when he did, without complaint. Sweet Corey, you father is the disappointment, not you, precious baby!

    These parents did too much for their adult son. Why were they renting a car for him? He chose to leave the state. Why were they transporting him back and forth for a trip with his girlfriend just 3 months after Cory's death? He was spoiled and not held accountable for his actions.

He is trying to prove that he didn’t flee the state because he was guilty, otherwise why would he be so cooperative with police and “choose” to hand over his phone and allow a search if his car.

If there was a video relating to my son, however horrific, I'd view it to know how to help him. Gregors dad is law enforcement. It's hard to believe he wouldn't view the video. The only positive thing that came out of his parents not watching the video was when the father testified today he did not want to watch the video because he "did not want to see Cory getting treated…" That's some thing a jury won't forget that the father of the defendant, a former police officer whose apparently an expert in several law enforcement fields admitting that his own son mistreated his grandson on a video and he doesn't want to see it. I’m beginning to wonder who is actually running this courtroom. I’ve never seen a case so split in short segments. Jurors came in for approx 1/2 hr of testimony. That’s unfair to them, and to the defendant. This should be a smooth and continuous process.

    • @gaganorthofthe49th62
      @gaganorthofthe49th62 19 дней назад +3

      It’s due to the defendant. First they had to address the defendant trying to get his mom to lie for or coach her testimony the other day. Now the defendant wants to all of a sudden bring in a very short clip to show he cooperated with the police and allow only 45 secs or so to show his demeanor, and not have the prosecution show the portion where the defendant was telling jokes and laughing at Wendy's. So they have to now show the judge the video. This is all due to the defendant and his right to have a fair trial. The Defense Attorney should have had this done before trial began.

    How did this family not question Chris what a 6 year old was doing on a dangerous treadmill? Treadmills are dangerous for adults, let alone a young child. It seems like such an obvious blind spot or were they afraid of Chris's reaction should they question his dangerous parenting style?
