This kid is really talented! I first watched his cover of "18 and Life", one of my favorite songs all-time. Now he is knocking this song out of the park! I wish American Idol would have more songs such as this on their show. I would watch it much more often if they did!
I remember watching this, i was mostly impressed by the band nailing this. It's a pretty simle song individually but its a really difficult song to nail as a group without it sounding like shit

Most of the 80's metal bands still thrive around the world, then they come to North America and people say "they are still around?" or "they came back at that age?" Fact is, they never left or stopped putting out albums, it's just that it's not able to be controlled by the big 4 in North America anymore so they don't buy or sell it. What they don't brainwash today's half deaf society with, goes unknown. Why do you think they all left their scamming labels to start their own labels in Europe, Japan and South America? North America was just the big cash grab they all needed in the 80's, a MASSIVE and untapped market for the NWOBHM, Today they have their money and just play to crowds that appreciate the music, not the hooks and trends they are pushed to follow in order to sell albums for someone else's gain.
