I'm from Texas, and my dad owned a bbq spot. I knew it would be bs when he said he's from the uk. Ribs fall off the bone when smoked properly. The meat stays moist and smoky. Come to Texas please
Umm..an extra 2.3Kilos is 5 whole pounds more than they advertised...thats not a mistake..thats on purpose...I would be upset if i had to pay $800 for not a weighed out challenge.. I suggest to anyone wanting to attempt this challenge..HAVE THEM WEIGH IT TO KEEP IT CONSISTENT & FAIR! I also would have asked them to take back those ribs..tell them theyre inedible..like jerky/dried meat..and give you fresh moist meat that you can chew... But i have a tip for those leftover dry ribs...put them in a crock pot (or pot on stove) add some chicken stock..and let them simmer low & slow so they rehydrate and become tender.

For example, this meal costs 10 US dollars, or 25 US dollars. The challenge price will be 200-300 US dollars. Although the failure of the challenge does allow the restaurant to gain high profits. But the process actually wastes food. From the many big stomach challenges I have watched, if the amount of food reaches more than 10 pounds, it is difficult to complete. Most of the amount that can be completed is 3-4 kilograms. Many big stomachs can complete this range, and only very few big stomachs can complete 5-6 kilograms. If the restaurant is honest, the food on the plate should be reduced by one third. That is the correct weight.
