Chicken Liver 1kg with hearts
washing-
vinegar 2tbs
salt 1tbs
Pre cooking-
Turmeric 1tbs
Garlic 2tbs
Cooking-
Onion 2medium

Water 2cups
Green Chilies 5
Tomato 6medium
Ghee/Oil 3/4cup
Salt 2tsp
Turmeric 1/2tsp
Cumin 1.5tsp
Coriander 1.5tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
