It's been our issue for years. Phil , Dave , Pierre, Moligny , Barrasso, Jack , Sammy , Risto, Mitts, and on and on . How trade talks about Quinn , Cozens , Bo , Sammy, and so on. When we realized we put so pressure on these high draft selections all making the NHL roster with veteran expectations of turn it around. WE NEED TO ISOLATE OUR YOUNG TALENT WITH PROPER VETERAN LEADERSHIP . Everyone we have gave up . When on to have good nhl careers.

9 players are at least 27 yrs old. That isn't enough veteran leadership ?

@AAA-o4g obviously not. When our youth have main roles on this roster. Benson , Jiri , Quinn, Cozens , Owen, and so on

Weird game, Sabres seemed like they were in control and then they fell apart. Gilbert made a brutal turnover that resulted in a goal that got them back in the game.

Remember when pegula purchased the team in'11 and said he will go all out in getting the sabres to win cups. Then he goes and hires 3 GM's and 6 coaches (besides Ruff ) with no experience. They never announced how long Adams contract was when he resigned. So we are stuck with a GM and players who are sporadically productive for awhile

It's Adams, he has not a clue. Blocking shots is tough, the puck is solid rubber. Maybe one of those soft mylic pucks would be better for the sabres. No hitting at Key Bank , New rules. Sabres need a home arena advantage, take away the visitors bench so the other team has to stand the whole game.

What happened to Lindy Ruff and Accountabilty.? So tired of all the over passing and the BRUTAL D Zone coverage! Adams' two biggest mistakes last summer were not letting Lindy Ruff hire his own assistant coaches , D coach Marty Wilford shouldve been fired along with Granato! Number 2 , resigning Jokiharju and Bryson was a terrible decision when veteran D men like Kevin Shattenkirk and Mark Giordano were begging for work.
I really hope Pegula fires Adams before March's trade deadline and hires an EXPERIENCED GM like Brian Burke . Lets hope whoever the new GM is he can sign a stay at home D partner for Power this summer! . UFAs thus summer include Pionk Winnipeg, GavrikovLA, Borgen NYR and Lingren NYR . Thanks for the video , very well said!

The Sabres are hands down the most exciting team in the NHL. Intrigue and frustration are part of that. We need more Buddhas that can let the game unfold as it is. If all you want are greedy wins your dissapointment only grows. Go to games to see both teams play.
Call out the great plays of the other teams. See the humanity of all the players. Have some damn gratitude that you have a team. Stop your codependency surrounding a toy sliding along frozen water. Teach the kids that you bring about effort, teamwork and dealing with loss. Go Sabres!!!

Thompson & Tuch are the problem. 6’6” & 6’4” and they float around the perimeter. They need to have those big bodies in the corners and in front of the net. Every shift they spend on the perimeter should be followed by spending the rest of the period on the bench. And if they doesn’t work sit them in the press box or trade them.

right after the Blues traded Thompson for our top center they went on to win the cup , Sabres need to do the same

Do players not get paid after a bad game?
    Sure they do.
What do they need to care about?
If they make too much to trade them, let Terry pay them and keep his mouth shut.
    Its how he wants it.

    • @AAA-o4g
      @AAA-o4g 13 дней назад

That is why 2 way contracts still need to be around. If you are performing poorly , you should be sent down and earn your way back. The players of the old hockey said you would be afraid of Not coming back to the NHL if your replacement was doing better than you did

  • @warrenscorner

IMO Dahlin wants to leave already. What great player can put up with this amount of uninterrupted losing without becoming psychologically damaged? Especially if they're made captain of this mess? (See O'Reilly-Eichel-Reinhart) How long do you need to be in a place to determine that you have a longterm amateur-run organization that gets their brains kicked in year in, year out? Oh and please discuss the extent of Terry Pegula's influence on the direction of the team and player personnel.
