As an Indian it is my job to clarify to these two Pakistani gentlemen that Article 370 was never about sovereignty but about constructive federalism. Very few people understand this due to narrow knowledge about the article background. Hope our Pakistani friends understand this once for all.

Art.370 was part of Constitution of India. No other country can intervene in this matter.
Dr. CHEEMA ji 1st Article 35A (STATE SUBJECT LAW) was abrogated by PAKISTAN long back. INDIA only in 2019 abrogated Article 370 and 35A. Article 370 is the legislative element introduced by the INDIAN government and the Parliament. Why PAKISTAN is worried and making hue and cry for an INDIAN constitutional process and procedures.

Sajid ... Bhutto had no choice but to agree to it as India in 1972 was holding 93,000 Panjabi's as POW. I repeat Panjabi's. Had it been Pashtuns, Sindhis, Pakistan would not have signed Shimla agreement. Pakistan agreed no 3rd party intervention, reason why USA, UK, Europe and now Arabs dont want to talk about Kashmir. Anybody who has read the UNSC Resolution from 1948 knows that Pakistan has no locus standing in the matter between India and JK.
That is why UNSC does not disscuss it anymore. Pakistan has repeatedly shot itself in the foot.
