I had the pleasure of spending a night with Herbert back in 1999. His set blew me away. His tunes always have this feeling of peace and earthy downright filthy deep beats. He is a master of his craft. Thanks for the upload.

I had twice the pleasure to hear him live.. once in Cologne in the Gloria with his Bigband and another one was in the cologne Philharmonie Matthew Herbert & stargaze perform Terry Riley's 'in c'

As much as I love everything he's done, I still think Matthew's at his best just straight DJing. This comes from a fan that recorded him (to cassette tape) playing a set to radio in Melbourne Australia back in 98. I wish he'd pump more sets out like this!
