Welcome to my channel today we are going to make a very healthy delicious recipe with magic channel
To prepare mix vegetable shahi handi you require chopped capsium chopped carrots chopped potato chopped brinjal 1st wash these vegetables then wipe with kitchen towel and then chop
Now take a pan add little oil to it keep the flame low to it add roughly chopped onions stir well after 2minutes add garlic a small piece 8-9garlic pods mix well keep for more 2minutes now add cashwes stir well for a minute to it add roughly chopped tomatos add little salt stir well now add hot water keep on high to medium flame for about 8-9minutes till all ingredients gets soft and cooked well occasionally stir if required add hot water once cooked let it cool then in a mixer blend it to fine soomth paste and keep aside
Now in the same pan add little oil to it add all chopped vegetables staute it for while add salt stir well now add the paste mix well if some remains in mixer jar add hot water and then add in the curry mix well for 3 minutes then add kasuri methi garam masala powder cummin powder coriander powder red chilli powder kashmiri red chilli powder mix well and now take a bowl to it add maggi coconut milk powder 2spoon to it add warm water mix well and add the coconut milk in the curry mix well and keep for another 5minutes till all veggie gets soft and cooked over it with lid check salt at this point once all well cooked off the flame garnish with coriander leaves and your really healthy mix vegetable shahi curry is ready to eat enjoy with family
