I have no idea why people dislike these budget cellphones he reviews. They are budget cellphones. Not everyone has a thousand dollars to drop on a cellphone. He does absolutely great reviews,and I pray he continues to bring great reviews on affordable cellphones for the average consumer. I don't have a thousand dollars to give for a cellphone. It looks good. I’m also a fan of UmiDigi phones. I’m waiting on the A15 Pro as I’m a collector of their Pro models. I currently own the A3 Pro, A5 Pro, A7 Pro, A9 Pro, A11 Pro Max and A13 Pro.
Weak processor (launch date 2019) and low cost screen. My umidigi S5 pro is a 2020 model and is way better. Wrong purchase this time.
A lot of people don't know how good they've really been over the years unfortunately. Everything now and then they'll drop some pretty premium hardware and software at an affordable price.

Hate to see them dropping down to 720p. Every budget phone I've bought from them had a 1080p display. I guess they spoiled me.

I think it's something they kind of do from time to time. Been messing with them for a while. A fledgling company still. I believe they're one of the best unlocked budget companies out there though.

I have an A15. Won't buy another umidigi product. This phone is really buggy and Umidigi support is no help at all. Phone constantly has to be restarted as it randomly disconnects from Wi-Fi and tells you that your phone has no SIM card. Support tells you to do a factory reset and then they ghost you.
It sounds like it's a network issue. What mobile phone provider are you using? This phone is not compatible with certain networks you may need to return the phone and buy a phone that is supported with you mobile carrier. Hope that helps ✌🏾
@@CButler I'm on the Rogers network here in Canada. The phone appears to be made for the Canadian and UK market!? It works most of the time, but randomly and spontaneously decides that I don't have a SIM card. The only way to get it to work again is to do a reset. It is such a buggy phone I'll probably return it, especially since there is no support from Umidigi.
@altitude1039 it's a defective item, it's not the way the phone should be operating. Contact the seller for an immediate return process
