There no excuse for dry brisket. Sounds like they ruined a perfectly good cut of meat. This would have hurt my heart completely. The corn would have stayed on the buffet. I completely agree with you about the mashed potatoes. Have to have iced tea. Not a soda drinker. Did they at least offer ice water?
Buffets can be hit or miss. Yes they offer water in the fountain service machine with ice. I don’t know why they can’t bring in ice tea. Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts.

I would have a hard time deciding what to put on my plate…i couldnt eat everything but it looks so so yummy!!!!
There is a lot of food there. I just wanted to taste everything and it did not take long to fill up.
