If there was room for a fifth entry, it would be Enlightenment part one for me, the way the not-quite-right sense of where and when the TARDIS crew are expected to be is suddenly turned on its head in the most perfect way, Peter Davison's look of wonder and amazement perfectly matching that of the audience.
I'm somewhat envious of those who lived through the JNT era and got to experience the Earthshock cliffhanger unspoiled, I can only imagine what that must have been like. Personally I like reviews of the show over action figures/merch, but that's just my preference
Yeah. I imagine it was probably something akin to Army of Ghosts or Utopia. But only someone who was around then could tell us. And thanks for letting me know your preference. Good to know :D
@@ealadubh4800 Yep me too. I still remember clearly the excitement of seeing the cybermen again, totally unexpected. And they did a great job of keeping it secret - hard at that time, and probably close to impossible now.
I need to revisit Logopolis apparently because I'm having trouble getting myself into the same headspace you were about it. Other than that one, a solid list!

I was there at the time, and yes it was everything he said it was. And then eight days later...

No love for Vengeance on Varos part 1? The metatextual nature of the Varosians cutting to commercial just as the episode ends is brilliant.
