I'm going to learn to sing this for my stepmom. My mom and I haven't gotten along well for several years, but my stepmom had been here for me since I was a kid. She's always there for me, through the good times, and the bad. She's taught me so much, and she loves me as her own. She means the world to me.

My daughter (21) played this for me yesterday and told me when she misses me, needs me, feels down, and needs a little pick me up that she plays this and thinks of me. Needless to say I was blubbering like a baby as we were driving down the road. Just knowing she looks at me in the way this song speaks of touches me in depths of my heart I didn't even know I possessed. Thanks so much for sharing this video.

I found this song 3 weeks ago on Monday and my first thought was that my mom needs to hear this so she knows how I feel about her. People always tell me I act just like her and I always say thank you...even if it was after I did something totally off the wall lol But I've taken care of her since I was 13 so it only makes sense that I'm like her. Not only has she been my best friend but since I was about 16 she's been my only friend and I hers. Since she's been sick she rarely left the house and I was right there beside her. I devoted my life to her. She was at the doctors when I found this song and I forgot to tell her to listen to it, but I figured I could wait until she felt better. I lost her the following Friday. Don't wait for any reason to tell your mom how much you love her and how thankful you are that she's your mom. I'm 22 and never considered I would lose her.
