      Cina Getting Fit aww thank you sweetheart:-) I do love make up:-) its like an addiction. I shud onnly go to a make up store when im broke to make sure I cant buy anything hahaha

    Oh gosh, that sucks that your computer crashed!! :( I definitely didn't know you had an ulcer...I hope you can heal it somehow. :( I know how you feel about dwelling on things that bug you...awww, hun, I spend a lot of money to have a lot of things and experiences...I can really empathize with you.

      yea my ulcer formed and occurred for the first time in summer of 2013. it was so insanely painful when i didnt know yet that its an ulcer. i have to take my daily medication currently n try to heal it coz surely dont wanna start into pregnancy with an inflamed ulcer:-) im so happy i got an understanding friend in u. its nice to kno theres a place u can go to if u feel like noone cares or understands. love ya!!!

      Oh wow, that sounds painful. Here's to hoping eating less acid-forming foods will help your body heal the ulcer! I can understand what you mean regarding the pregnancy.

    Dear Kat, what a bummer about your laptop crashing, but great that you made another video nonetheless! Good luck with your ulcer treatment. Hope the pain goes away and you're back in fighting form soon! Interesting insight into your OCD. I can totally relate to writing down thoughts/feelings so that you release them from your mind. I have a little book that I take with me to work or have close to me when studying so I can write thoughts down to clear them from my head. Sometimes I also just write quotes in there to look at when I need motivation. Huge help for me and also a great reflection tool for when I look back.Thank you so much for the shout out!! Can I be honest here? The last 4 days have not been great at all. The last time I went to the gym was Sunday. Today is Thursday. I am very overwhelmed at the moment. Infact I have taken 2 weeks of work because it’s all a bit too much. I have an oral presentation coming up about my internship on the 3rd of August and 2 exams in August (14.08 and 31.08) and I’m writing my Bachelor’s thesis with my deadline on the 15th of September. If I didn’t comment on your video I would have felt like a fraud because at the moment I am struggling a bit. These 2 weeks off work though (I’ll be back on the 4th of August) will definitely help me regenerate and pick myself up again. I will not go to the gym today because it’s 19:45 now and I have a lecture and exercise I need to finish (I watched your video during a study break) but tomorrow I promise you I will go to the gym and my workout session will be dedicated to you!       Caroline K Dear Caroline Oh stop it u dont need to defend urself for anything as in gym or nutrition. I feel u... so much pressure it seems thats on ur hands. Just from reading what you wrote Id get a headache if I knew that its on MY hands. ( sorry not tryin to be sarcastic or mean). My ulcer meanwhile got real bad I cant eat anything and Im super nauseated unless Im drinkin icy cold water. I tried to eat some oats with soy milk and a squished banana for dinner since my last meal I cudnt hold down and the other meal was a slice of whole wheat bread in the mornin at 7.30. I really hope as well that the pain will go away coz in a week I gotta start lookin for a job and really cant use any health troubles at all now. Its funny that u also write things down to ease ur mind. It does help. However my boyfriend got a bit scared seein the whole weddingplanning already written down including the budget(oh boy!!!) hahaha but he knows I did that just to ease my mind it doesnt actually have to happen. IF that makes sense. Sometimes eventho Im still somewhat young I write down grocerylists n small things I wanna do the next day so I dont forget it.Its good u took off work coz if u can then do it studies are more important and if ur still able to get food on the table n pay ur bills when takin off two weeks tahts the best u cud have done. I wish u all the best for ur exams. I read that if you chew a certain gum while studyin and use the same flavour during the exam ull remember wat u studied hahaha well why not? worth a try. Dont worry bout the gym. When u go on vacation u also usually skip gym right? So there ya go, ur not on vacation ur havin a rough time and I heard from my teachers that u actually do burn a lot of calories from sittin behind a desk and concentratin hard. No joke. I feel honoured u took the time to watch my vid in ur study break that makes me feel happy:-D what a subbie u are hehehe Thanx for the dedication Ill dedicate my monday workout to u then- n make some gains (hodgetwins on youtube) hahahaha Alrite u have a good evenin there,much luv Kat

      SurvivorDietLady Hey Kat! Just to let you know I went to the gym this morning and absolutely killed it! It was a great (but very sweaty (28°C here)) session but I did my Body Pump Class and 45 mins on the cross trainer. And I did say that I would dedicate that workout to you because you forced me to think about my journey again and pick myself up, which I'm glad I did before it was too late. That has been a problem for me in the past. If I didn't go to the gym for 4 days then it somehow always got more difficult to go again because in my mind I'd say well it's been 4 days, what's one more day and then it would be 7 days and so on and whenever I did go again I would be disappointed because I would notice that I wasn't as fit as my last session and it would just go on and on like that. But this time will be different. My motto is to KEEP GOING. So these last couple of days where I didn't go the gym are just a bump along the way but I simply can't and shouldn't give up! That has always been my weakness.
      I hope you're feeling better with your ulcer today and wish you a speedy recovery especially for Monday on your workout day! Have a great weekend and a great workout (but only if you're feeling better)! xx

      Caroline K YESSSSS!!!! YOU GO GIRL;-) nice sweatin workout doin the ultimate goin for wat u want n wat u know is good for u! Congrats but also dont forget the wellness for ur body n soul. Takin a nice bath or cold shower with a nice refreshin douchgel and relax with a cold drink watch some tv or read somethin thats NOT studybooks. :-) Altho in ur current situation u prolly have to stick ur nose into those whenever u get a chance. I know what you mean if u skip trainings even if its justified coz of a flue or somethin u feel so bad after a week of not goin. Its always the breaking point where u have to ask urself do I give up compeltely now for a long time or do I jus keep goin n forgive myself? Ive chosen to pick myself up again just like you did thats all that matters. I am actually feeling a lot better with my ulcer but I wont let that fool me,Ill do that medical therapy with the pills n acidblockers for two months now to heal the ulcer hopefully. But foodwise and drinking works definitely better today. Ive even been to that vegan restauratn with my mom and bought some vegan goodies in the healthfoodstore:-( xxx u have a wonderful weekend as well thx for writing:-)

    I am sorry about your ulcer pain, I don't even want to imagine. Could you describe quinoa? I am always worried about trying new things. I try to be open to it, but it takes a lot for me to decide to do so. I think it's anxiety related. I'll be starting counseling for my anxiety and depression in August. I feel like I at least border on being OCD, but I don't know for sure and the counselor that did my assessment said she didn't have enough information to diagnose me as such. I keep looking at your teddies on the bed and want to cuddle them! Is that weird? :)

      its not weird at all i sometimes sleep with them hahahaha a duck and the bear. the bear i had since i was 5 years old so hes been with me 25 years:-) may i introduce him? Brummi:-))) I feel u when it comes to OCD im currently in therapy for it but only had one appointment so far which was more a lil get to know. next appointment is 12th of august. gotta find out if shes the right one. quinoa is actually a vegetable thats packed with protein has a bit of a crunch n resembles a bit to couscous n rice. it doesnt really have a taste so u mite need a sauce with it:-)
