Good tips about the diet...I love the idea of the 80:20 for a diet. Of course the "chicken & vegetables" can work short term, but ideally people want to keep the weight off and not just have a momentary moment of getting healthy. I want to live a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life, so finding a way to eat that isn't restricting, is still delicious, but is what my body wants and needs is the way to go!! You also mentioned something I haven't really thought about too hard but is true is that it took a long time to put the weight on, so it's not going to come completely off in 2 weeks, 1 month, or even 3 months if I haven't made an active effort in a few years! I often don't trust the process and get discouraged but this year is going to be different!! Thanks for the encouragement! 🏋
