That's not correct he didn't pay to perform longer every half time is only 14mins he spent that 7 Mili to create this world and brought the character to life the energy mainly for us fans to enjoy because of the fact that his concert got canceled

I’ve been roaming these RUclips streets watching reaction videos to this. I’m halfway through yours and so far, glad you agree that the negative reviews are crazy. The second half of The Weekend’s show was absolutely epic. Hands down top three. Maybe THE BEST OF ALL TIME! I didn’t even know I was a fan until I hear this and now I can’t get enough of him.

I just saw on TV, they were talking about what went into making this performance.
That jacket weighed 40 lbs because it had real rubies in it.
They had a special camera with a specially made lens in it for “I Can’t Feel My Face”
The choir at the beginning was actually singing “Call Out My Name” if you listen closely

I became a fan 3 weeks earlier and what I found out he was doing the performance I just couldn't wait and I don't watch super bowl for the football. I usually just like one or two songs from a musician but I love his whole soundtrack. No matter who was going to perform for the super bowl they were going to be limited especially this year. He's working what he's got.
Fun fact lol we legit couldn’t hear the crowd because of our in ears. So the crowd participation part we (dancers) not Abel could hear haha.

I loved this so much. The production and sound mixing etc was done so well. It was creative and fun. Some of the people complaining probably don't listen or follow his music/videos and were confused by it. Every halftime, there are always people whining and complaining about something.

It was amazing! And along with what I would expect for what Canadians usually do, getting creative and artsy (because they have squeeze every penny out of a tiny budget) but I did wonder how this eclectic style would be accepted by the American market - I think most people were on board :)

It kinda pisses me off how they don’t get as excited as I wanted them to be at the last bit. It’s a fucking legendary shot. This was hands down the best super bowl performance ever. All songs were hits and bangers, The Weeknd has a great style many different people with different taste can enjoy. It’s a no brainer to me. I appreciate all different types of music, like from dababy to Chris Stapleton. But yet I still put The Weeknd in my top 5 all time artists

People just can't appreciate art anymore. While I do think the sound equipment was a little off and he might have been slightly overexcited at the beginning to where he wasn't singing 100%, this halftime show was amazing. My favorite ever. People only hate on it because they would rather see Lady Gaga jump from off of the roof or JLo dance with a stripper pole.
