Good decision. Thanks of H&M for starting this. Some people think of giving these old torn garments to the needy poor and orphans. Please! If you have any feeling for them, buy them a new one. May be just one shirt, a sweater or blanket in winter. They will be happy to have it. Do not give away your used, old clothes to the poor or needy to pose as a noble human being. It is shameful!
