  • Facial cupping is a fantastic way to release tension in the muscles, smooth out facial adhesions, increase circulation, and make room for better lymphatic fluid flow. When you first start facial cupping, you'll want to do it every night for the first week, every other night for the second week, and then 2 to 3 times a week. Use a gentle suction technique when you begin. Your skin will become accustomed to cupping, and you'll be able to increase the suction over time. Avoid leaving the cups in the same spot this can cause bruising. I like to begin with manual lymphatic drainage before I start facial cupping. You can find it on my RUclips channel.
I love the oil and facial cups by the facial cupping expert.
