THANK you for being on here! I accidentally found you the other day and can’t stop watching. It’s been a busy week at my hospital and you two have been a huge , happy, laughing distraction!!
Cyndi Loo I’m jealous of you for just finding these two lovely ladies! Now you can go back to episode 1 and binge watch! That’s what i did! Much love to you for the work you’re doing. Be safe. ❤️
I just found you during stay home stay safe! Thanks for the entertainment😀. I ALWAYS pick my yarn, needles and project for my trip BEFORE I even think about my clothes lol
Time spent watching you two is like balm for the soul. I work in the travel industry (over 25 years)... we have been through so many waves of challenges... since 9/11.. through various viruses... terrorism threats.. but this time feels bigger. Coming to your peaceful haven and enjoying all that the knitting community offers- is one part of my world that keeps me sane. THANK YOU❣️❣️❣️... for all you do.
My birthday is March 30! I just found you ladies accidentally. I watched the most recent episode and this one. I love you! I’m 67 and only have brothers. You make me feel like I have sisters🥰! Thank you for the joy!
A little late to this party haha but oh my gosh nothing warms my heart like watching to two sisters together. What a treasure to be best friends with your sister and legit on the same wavelength! Keep the good stuff comin!! Wishing you safe and well from Mesa, AZ!! 💕💕
Btw I orders the Drops Nord from wool warehouse.uk because you mentioned it! it was a really good price so I bought 22! 😂 and despite all the travel restrictions and chaos it got to AZ, from Birmingham, UK in 2 days. 😧 amazing!!
You two made my evening! Missed the live, but still enjoyed this video. Thanks for your time and effort! I’m in Southern Maryland knitting on my Dust of Snow shawl while I watch you both
My Loopy Mango project....You guys inspired me to give knitting a try again. I've started 3 different projects, about 6 years ago and never finished any of them. Your video inspired me to try the Good Night, DayTofino cardigan in the Loopy Mango So Soft, I chose the London fog color which is a light gray. OF COURSE, I chose a VERY expensive yarn when I don't really know how to knit, haven't tried knitting in 6 years, don't really know how to knit, am really a quilter, have never finished a knitting project...totally my M.O. BUT, this yarn and this pattern are sooo beautiful. I think I'm doing fine. I've already gotten to the part where you put the sleeves on a waist or holder yarn (have never done that)and now working the rest of the body. I know there are mistakes, but who cares, it's for me. Like why do I have one sleeve with the increased stitches on the waste yarn and the other one doesn't or why does my stitch count come out right in one row, but the next one it's off? Oh well, it might end up being a bed jacket if it comes out really bad. All that being said, I LOVE it, I LOVE knitting it, and I LOVE that you guys inspired me. It will be my Corona Sweater, totally messed up!
So I’m watching this later, not live. I’m up in the night with stomach flu, watching to make myself feel better. I’m throwing up into a bucket and I hear “this episode is brought to you by khaki and pink”. Did you ever throw up and laugh at the same time? Lol. Love you two. ❤️
I had to jump off this part way through but loved the live format! Please do more of these if you can! A virtual knit night would be amazing. Happy to help if needed. ❤️
Congrats on your 4th year Jodi and Tracie! You two bring me such joy, always a happy time knitting with you both! Picked up your Birthday colab... I know I will enjoy every minute knittin’ and sippin! 💗🧶😁🥳🎂
What we do without you two! What a bright spot in a tumultuous day. I've thrown my yarn diet in the trash and might need to ease some anxiety with a new skein or two (or five.) xoxo
That painting behind you....I love it. I reminds me of when I would walk to school in third grade (9 years old). We lived a good distance from my school and I would walk through back alleys that looked just like that painting. I eventually started walking on the main street after a dog in one of the backyards came charging the fence and scaring the crap out of me.
Wow, Tracie! The last time I saw this beautiful rose/gold yarn, it was just some skeins of yarn! And now you've got most of a sweater done! You are so fast!!!
Hi from Melbourne, Australia (wave) Missed the live but it's always fun to catchup! Knitting with merino and possum is definitely a thing on this side of the world.A little trivia for you on possums.... Possums are native animals to Australia and as such are a protected species, however they're an introduced species to New Zealand and are a noxious pest. Happy knitting xxx
Jeanne Brockway i totally watch RUclips on my drive to and from work and just Bluetooth through the car! 🙊 a pop socket vent mount works wondersssss! Haha
Love you guys, just thank you from the heart of my bottom 😉😂💖 you're amazing to share you time with us. Sorry I couldn't join you live. Have a great weekend. 😘💕
Omg. At one of the quilt shows I went to, I saw the Brooklyn Habberdashery booth, and it was amazing. I bought a linen bag to crossstitch too! And Jodi , I still have done it! LOL!
You are lovely, you are incredible and I love you two! Tracie: I love the german short rows heel! but sometimes it maybe not deep enough to fit the width of the heel but this can be modified by adding more short rows and leaving less stitches in the middle of the heel, between the short rows sections. Big hugs to you two, from France!
I just finished knitting Isabell Kraemer's Indigo Frost capelet/poncho as a KAL with my LYS. I love it! I've been wearing it over my light winter jacket outside, then as a sweater when I'm inside.
Hi girls, presently i work on a test shawl (Shale Julie of Marion Em Design), i have a vanilla socks in paton and mondine, i have the Dalailas Hoodies of Susanna Winter .... and a Stegosaurus in crochet
I ordered from Wool Warehouse and I think they must have seconds. I got 8 skeins of Malabrigo and each one of them was cut at some point making 2 balls instead of 1. So I had to splice them together. Plus they were really messy skeins so trying to cake them involved many tangles. So if you don't have a problem with many joins and tangles, then it's a great price. But I was disappointed with the caking process. The yarn itself is really nice!
Low carb, Jodi. I lost 50 pounds since last year and there are some er uh gorgeous Keto/Low Carb/Healthy chefs on RUclips and I love to knit to them too. My husband lost 30 pounds. We're both Type 2 diabetics and we have both gotten our sugar totally under control and my almond flour sugar free chocolate chip cookies are terrific (Mind over Munch's recipe I think?). You can do it. But know that you're wonderful the way that you are and I love love love your stripey sweater! Love this love stream, watching it in bits as I'm getting knit breaks here and there.
Jodi so glad you kicked the habit. I watched my father struggle to quit most of my life and I know it is not easy. I have on!y knitted 3 pairs of socks ever, but I could not pass up the sock kit. I cannot wait to get it.
I love both of your sweaters! I want to make them both! I want to make Alpacacino, but can I just wear that anywhere? I would TOTALLY wear it to yarny things, but what about work...? I love GG too! What a great color to be knitting during this tough time. Orange it is!!! Yes, she has a gift that we all get to receive by being her friend. BTW, if you want someone to moderate your lives, I'd love to be one. The trolls are too plentiful, and ruin the chat. You guys are the best, so fun! Thanks for this great vlog! BTW Jordan did great in blocking.
Recognised the organza bag immediately Wool Warehouse is a great online resource for UK knitters (Scotland here), shipping is fast, I think postage is more than fair and great customer service (as a US transplant I sometimes miss that.
I'm so disappointed to know Knit City Montreal has been postponed. I was so looking forward to meeting you. Hopefully you will be able to come once this is settled. In the meantime stay healthy 🤗💕
Love watching and laughing with you girls. Knitting the Arlequin Shawl for gift. Going to late to work but Whatevs. Hello from Mount Gambier South Australia
Hey girls! I meant to say hello on live chat, but I was crocheting, so it didn't happen. Good to see you "live"! (Not that you're dead otherwise? It always confuses me.) Hugs from Karleen/VibrantJewels from Virginia USA! (PS I love GG too!)
Another funny episode ty. I laugh everytime you yell at Georgia Haha poor thing. I live in Georgia I know you mentioned wanting to come here that would be great.
Love the 4th Anniversary kit and would love a Mrs Brown's Bag but I am in the UK so import tax makes buying from Canada prohibitive. Love the podcast though - thank you
Would you please tell me how to find the links to your podcasts? For the life of me, I have touched every possible button with no luck. You usually say they are posted below but I just don’t see them!
Drops Nepal is the bomb! I have a sweater's quality waiting for the right project. It's hard to find in the US. I need to check out wool warehouse. Thanks for the tip.
Traci. Somewhere in the podcast I heard you say you made your own hand sanitizer. Since no one can buy any commercially, what is the recipe you used to make the hand sanitizer. I need to try it.
Oh, you girls make me laugh and love my day! Besides knitting, I stitch even more. There are so, so many things to do with items we stitch. Search on IG and you’ll be amazed, truly. Stay well!

Busted out laughing at the 9 minute mark when Jodi mentioned to Traci, “I don’t know if you know this, but I happen to sew.” 🤣
A little late to this party haha but oh my gosh nothing warms my heart like watching to two sisters together. What a treasure to be best friends with your sister and legit on the same wavelength! Keep the good stuff comin!! Wishing you safe and well from Mesa, AZ!! 💕💕

Stuck in the house due to self quarantine. The hubs is very sick 😢 But you two keep me company and I don't feel alone.
