    Ingredients:
    1 cup jackfruit seeds, boiled and peeled
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    1 onion, finely chopped
    2 tomatoes, finely chopped
    2 green chilies, slit
    1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    1 teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
    1 teaspoon coriander powder
    1/2 teaspoon garam masala
    1 cup coconut milk
    Salt to taste
    Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    Instructions:
    Boil the jackfruit seeds in salted water until tender. Once boiled, peel off the outer skin and set aside.
    Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
    Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
    Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and mushy.
    Now, add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine the spices with the onion and tomato mixture.
    Add the boiled and peeled jackfruit seeds to the pan. Mix well to coat the seeds with the spice mixture.
