The loudest whistle that I know of is the Storm All-Weather Safety Whistle. It's also about the biggest but it weighs next to nothing. And as of 7/20/2014 at 4:00 a.m. Amazon has it listed at only $6.67 & FREE SHIPPING. I have had one for over 15 years. The Windstorm™ whistle has a slightly lower decibel rating than the Storm and the Storm whistle is the loudest whistle in the world and can be heard over a 1/4 of a mile through trees and over a 1/2 mile over water.

For what it's worth - being a musician for years I think I've lost a bit of my high frequency hearing. Also, a video done with your phone might not be the truest representation of all the sounds. That said, your 2 favorite ones I could hardly hear. Birds, dogs, and kids probably hear a lot better than I. The Storm to me sounds way better than the rest? Maybe if you can add a referee/police whistle for comparison also. Thanks for safety video though. We need more of these.

I carry a small Fox whistle in my pocket all the time, it has come in handy so many times beyond survival. Many times at gathering a host will be trying to get everyone settled down to start a program, and it's not working, I just whip out my little whistle, give a few toots, problem solved.

Todor Tihomirov , its hard to beat physics it takes larger acoustic cavities to resonate at lower frequency, and it take multiple cavities to use all the power of your lungs reletively low volume-velocity potential air power, after years of study we arrived at the HyperWhistle form factor to harness the maximum signal power you can generate with the force of your lungs and transmit to a long distance.
lower frequency travels further through the air than higher frequency and the results are clear if you want best results select a tool that can provide loudest and lowest frequency alert tones. thanks for listening. Curt

It's a nice one, small but effective, and you still can't overblow it.
