A great book. As a lover of language it was extremely fascinating to me. Been wanting to see the movie again so looking for clips and that why I'm here.
Great video! I don’t mean to nitpick but if anyone is looking for completely accurate information, I have a couple of corrections. George Merrett, the murder victim, was not Irish, but rather English (from Wiltshire). The “madman” was William Chester Minor, not Charles Minor.
Marvelous! I have three comments: 1.) Given the gravitas of this, I would go old school and say "quotation" instead of "quote". 2.) Did you or anybody reading this know that "lunatic" (look at the word's etymology), actually was someone driven mad by the moon? Given your look at history, I think this is a fun fact! 3.) You are the perfect talent to introduce people to Roget's Theasaurus--and not that sillyass little alphabetical one, I mean the one organized by the Cosmos! OUTSTANDING, SAMUEL!🤓
Heck yeah!!! A good book review i like it. Something new to read!!

Very interesting.
There’s a movie about this, staring Mel Gibson as the Professor. Wonderful performance.
