In the beginning is mostly from the suburbs of Saranda and under construction sites, not in the city itself.
I was just there , it was nice , this video is only showing the outer city road nothing within the city or the main Bulevards , why??
What are those areas like? Does the town have nice restaurants and clubs?

I normally see a lot of Greek plates in Durrës. Greek people are common in Albania in the summer. And they don't get harrassed or abused.
Are You Mad ? Because they're most likely Albanians that live in Greece, but come over by car in the summer
Also south albania has a lot of greeks because there is a majority of greek minority there ...
