I was a teenager in 84',when Tina released her album an Prince released,Purple Rain. That was a Good Summer to remember-
i was 19 and had the LPs both of them- sad times - first prince- way too young -now tina - they made us very happy thanx for that
There was a lot more to the Tina Turner and Bryan Adams story than meets the eye. Bryan supported her and helped her get on with her new life and away from Ike. It's a beautiful story
Great!!! I saw Tina Turner in concert around 1985 in Chattanooga, Tn. She was unbelievable.... running all over the stage and up steps in high heels. She had so much energy! Beautiful lady.
The "portable bathroom" is called a chamber pot; next to it was a wash basin, and on the table was a dishpan. The cabinet you saw is officially called a Hoosier cabinet, but my folks always called it a pie safe.
Tina Turner is The Woman! Such talent, strength, and beauty! Every time I learn something new about her I have renewed respect for her. May all girls strive to be like Tina Turner! Awesome vlog, Jordan - thank you!
What a woman.. after everything she went through Tina stole the show on stage, did movies and helped put MTV on the map.
God bless her forever !
I took my mom to see her during the Simply the Best tour. A very pregnant Cindy Lauper opened for Tina. One of the best concerts and I still have the tour book.
Went to a Tina Turner concert & man that lady can put on a show. She moved from the time she got on stage....& I mean danced. She gives an awesome performance. I was worn out watching her. I wish I could see her live again. She is some lady & one of my favorite singers & performers. I can't say enough about Tina Turner & her concert.
That lady has some beautiful legs.......she is a beautiful person.
So true Murphy 1384 one can (especially the younger set like me) definitely be set up for a nap after watching Ms. Turner work out. I've seen her in concert a couple of times here in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada and have to say it's one of the best concerts I've ever seen. But What's Love Got to do with it-when it's Tina Turner, a consummate performer!
Thanks Jordan ! I don't think I ever met anyone who didn't love Tina Turner . My parents loved her, I got their album s after they passed on . My children & little tot grand kids love to listen to her too. She is the Queen 💙
That school reminded me of the school in the "Little house on the prairie".
Enjoyed the tour that you gave, thanks!!!
My husband is originally from Stanton/Dancyville/Brownsville, his family knew Tina’s family. Adams, Jones, Pruitt, Douglas, Qualls, Baskerville family. RIP Ana Mae!
I’m a city girl, born and raised way up north. The Haywood county area is a place I hold dear in my heart and would be very proud to call my home. I just love them country roads and the folks there are the nicest and most genuine people!❤️❤️❤️
I came to watch this after Tina's passing, Donald in MILWAUKEE!!
Great Vlog Jordan! Gotta love Tina! Her childhood church in Nutbush,Tn is now in Lebanon,Tn. Danny Evins' niece(founder of Cracker Barrel ) bought the church and moved it here, remodeled it and turned it into a home. Its beautiful!
Thank you, Jordan, for vlogging Tina Turner's Museum. While I hope to one day get there myself, this was a good, close second. Tina is definitely a woman who has only gotten better with the years!
What a great vlog Jordan! Tina is one of the greatest entertainers of our time. I've seen her in concert twice and was always energized when I left her concerts. I don't think I'll ever see her in concert again but I will always hold dearly the great performances I saw of her. Long live Tina Turner!
She is....Simply The Best!
so rad man! and shes still ALIVE TOO, 80!
Brilliant video as always Jordan. My mum was lucky enough to see tina turner in the street. Mum was on bond street in London in the early 1990s. Tina got out of a car with her then mother in law I think. Mum treasured the moment. Tina is an amazing and beautiful lady so talented ❤️
I'm sure Tina is watching this and she thanks you! An amazing woman!
Great vlog. Love the museum and seeing the school where Tina Turner went to. She has amazing costumes. All the other exhibits are cool too. Best part of the Tina Turner is still alive and looking amazing at her age. Thank you for bringing us along. God bless you
I love museums so much and truly enjoyed this vlog. Thank you for sharing, Jordan! I miss travelling, but I’ll take your vlogs as a replacement any day.
Tina is simply the best. I love her music
Hi Jordan, great that you found a free Museum. I always love the great costumes that are on display and the letter from Kensington Palace was nice aswell. Great vlog Jordan.
the historic value alone, makes this one of DAZE w/ Jordan's best vlogs! thanx Jordan, for doing all the travelling for us!
I forgot to comment when I first watched this. You did such a great job. Tina was and is a force of nature. I love her so much and I wish I would have seen her in person. Thank you for bringing her story to life once again.
Thanks for being such a Great Narrator and Vlog Jordan. I absolutely love Tina Turner. She been one of my idols my whole life!!
Thank you Jordan for taking me home yesterday and today. Love you
I was watching Finding your Roots w/ Tina Turner and they told her that one of her direct ancestors built that School house. it' s so cool that you got to go there
You just keep ‘em coming! Much appreciated. 🦁🐕🦁
Thank you so much for this vlog...so great seeing where Tina went to school. I saw Tina Turner in concert back in the 1990's.....she is so entertaining, so energetic....just amazing!
Wow! I wish i could have seen her back then, love her emotion when she sings
Jordan: "There he is standing in his doorway". Sleepy John: "Oh yeah!" Classic!
Thank you so much for sharing this video I've been a fan of Tina Turner since I was a kid I sure miss her Rip my prayers go out to her family and friends and fans God bless 💕 😢 🙏
Simply the best! Gives me goosebumps, still...
Jordan - Another gem. You are finding some wonderful places to vlog on your trip. This was another one. Thank you for sharing. Blessings - Judith
I got to see Tina Turner in 2000. She was awesome. Lionel Richie went on before her. Best concert I have ever been to. This was in Louisville, Kentucky at Freedom Hall.
Me: “I need to go to bed now. Oooooh but Jordan the Lion just posted a new video! Sleep is overrated!”
I know the feeling.
I hear you too, but when it comes to Ms. Turner I can stay awake. Just love this woman's music both with Ike and as a solo artist.
This was awesome I grew up listening to Tina Turner I love her she was one of my favorites
I just played Skylar one of my favorite Tina Turner songs. "We dont need another hero". She loved it. Great vlog.
I love watching Tina Turner in performance. Didn't know there was a museum in her honor. So many of the names in this museum I recognize. My family played a lot of country music, when I was a child. Guitar was a favorite, ...
Being that the Turner House Vlog was how I got hooked .. this meant a lot 🙏🏾👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽!! Really enjoyed this ..
Hi Jordan nothing like a great museum that was fabulous! Did nt realize Tina made 30 albums with Ike wow ! Great job thanks so much !
I love Tina Turner! Some very interesting stuff in that museum!
I own a set of those ice trays...found them the garage of a house I moved into here in Michigan years ago... the best and biggest ice cubes ever.
Fantastic, Jordan! So glad you love Tina, too!
What a great video! I’m a docent in a one room school house, so I love seeing the school.
Thanks for this vlog on Tina. What an amazing woman. What's love got to do with it has always been my favorite song. I remember watching that video with my grandmother. She always said she has beautiful legs and I agree. One of the classy lady performer of all time.
I really enjoyed this vlog. What history there. I can’t believe that museum was free.
Thanks Jordan! I'm so enjoying our trip and locations!

That's John Sebastian , founding member of The Lovin' Spoonful 😉
Wow.How I so remember going up and down the highways in my dad's 66' Caddillac,And his 66' Mustang convertible listening to, Ike and Tina Turner on 8 track. My God how time flys after 30-😳
Great job, Jordan. I first saw Tina on the old Ed Sullivan Show, what an amazing performer. And she sure had awesome legs. Legs that never stopped moving. Tina went thru some tough times and prevailed.
Jordan,
You never seize to amaze me.
I just love your work!!!🤗💚
Thanks.
Franny P.
John Sebastian was the band leader of "The Loving Spoonful". Made "Hot Time in the Summer City" among other hits.
I was so excited when I saw the title of your vlog. Enjoyed it so much. Thanks, as always!
In the '60s, I recalled seeing the announcement sign of Ike & Tina Turner as the were to perform in my small hometown in CA. In this video, as you were asking Elvis to say something, I thought I heard him say "you ain't nothing but a houndog"! But then it was more like: Thank you, thank you, thank you (for this video).😁😆😄😂
Thanks J I can still remember all the moves to nutbush city limits song 😂 ❤️Tina Turner -she can still rock out 😘✌️🇦🇺👍
I love Tennessee I lived in Jackson one time good job always love you.
Jordan I loved Sleepy Johns House that is a time machine. The outhouse reminds me of one my Grandpa had at our farm💙
I saw Tina's concert in Chicago during in her last world tour!!!!! Love her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Never knew much about Carl Perkins but his boyhood home was moved to my families home town of Tiptonville TN(my mom actually lived in it for a while). We stop and visit every trip like something change 🤣, just a nice stop to make for family history!
Thank you so much for your time. I felt a little sadness for the conditions they lived in during that time. I guess you just had to make do. Save travels.
It's nice they don't let those memories die...
Awesome video always loved Tina turner
What a great video Jordan! Can't tell you how much I loved seeing everything in it. Love Tina! She has some of the best legs in the business! When she is dancing to Proud Mary...Wow! She gave us women the courage to walk out of abusive relationships! She is a strong woman! That ex of hers thought he was everything when in fact it was her!! She is a treasure, Jordan! Awesome vlog!!!
Tina Turner is one of my favorite singers. Her music brings back memories💙love this vlog💙
💋Loved this! Your the best narrator and story teller! Thanks Jordan. Continued support and blessings. ~Love&Light💖Carli
That was interesting. Love Tina. Awesome bit of history. Always love your video's.
Thanks for the tour, I also saw the one on her west Los Angeles home and drove by to see it in person.
What a great museum!! And getting to see Sleepy Johns house. This whole vlog was great!!
You never disappoint, Jordan. Thank you for all you do👏🏼
Thanks for this. I wanted to say I was just listening to your latest live video about visiting your grandpa and it is so great you are doing that. He needs interaction with others to help keep his mind right. I found that out with my mom. Also I saw a vlog where you were visiting places around your hometown with him and you showed a bench in front of an old store. I hope you got a picture of him sitting on it. Keep well and stay safe.
Wow! So cool! I love Tina Turner...thanks Jordan. Another great vlog! 😁🔥💯♥️🌹🎼🎸
JORDAN I LOVE IT!!!
WHAT HISTORY. THANK
YOU FOR TAKING US
ALONG.
LOVE&BLESSINGS
Another fantastic vlog! My dad inherited a house like Sleepy John’s - built in 1911. I guess back in the day, working folks could only afford a place just large enough to sleep in.
Love Tina!! The Sleepy Joe museum was so cool - real history!! Thank you for sharing🐶❤
That old school house is freakin charming😍
Those platinum records there for 600,000 copies of "PRIVATE DANCER" those are cool Beautiful Records. They look just like the steel records at The Buddy Holly Crash Site. It's so great she made such a comeback in later years after her marriage to Ike Turner. Ike Turner died, but he faded into obscurity long before death.
Thank you so much for doing another Tina Turner video. So glad to see you back in Tennessee.😍
I can never get enough of Tina Turner! To me Jordan, she has the best legs in the whole world! Great vlog brother!
Sleepy John learned something new again thanks to you! Tina Turner my favorite inspiring singer! Love her and her music! Thanks again Jordan!
Love it love love it!!!! Super enjoyed!!!!! Thanks for all your hard work in giving us wonderful, fun and educational content!!!!!
Another outstanding vlog Jordan. I love old school and houses. Tina Tuner is stunning and knows how to dance. I never knew her real name so I learnt something today
Great job Jordan
Had to go and watch Lenard at Tina's house again. Loved this. Thanks Jordan!
Thank you
Who doesn't LOVE Tina Turner? The lady is a legend! Not only were the costumes and memorabilia phenomenal, but it was so cool to see her rustic one room school house. Excellent vlog all the way around, Jordan! Thank you!!!!
This was great, I'm glad that you could do some more Tina Turner vlogging, but the extra history was interesting as well. Thank you.
How awesome!! twenty thumbs up again Jordan! Love the Sleepy John house too! I never heard of him but now im going to check him out. Tina Turner is amazing!! you are right she still looks amazing! The woman doesn't age!!
Great vlog Jordan ,I live 40 miles from the museum and I have never been there.
Thanks for your great work.
Brett Scallions, the singer for Fuel was born in Brownsville, TN
I just Googled 459 Country Club Lane. That house is gorgeous. Love the guitars outside! x
Nice vlog Jordan! Tina Turner is a wonderful person and musician. Angela Bassett did a great job portraying her in the film.
Brett Scallions the lead singer for Fuel is from Brownsville. Carl Bell & Jeff Abercrombie are from Kenton, Tennessee. That is the reason for the display about Fuel. My husband went to school with Carl Bell. He is a great guy and it is a shame the group split up.
Thanks Jordan. Love Tina & loved this :)
Great vlog as always Jordan love watching your channel. I will have to put this place on my bucket list.
Wow. That was good. Thanks Jordan.
Foot started moving straight away, hearing What's Love Got To Do With It, Jordan, fantastic vlog, could any other artist of Tina Turners age wear those clothes and look that good, i doubt it, fabulous artist, fantastic voice, absolubtly loved that vlog thankyou Jordan x 🤗
