Been cold calling for 2 months. Went on 2 appointments. No Listings yet. I feel its annoying because people just don't pick up the phone how am I supposed to get contacts if no one even picks up?
Cold calling is a numbers game, don’t get me wrong I’m 17 and only studying real estate at the moment but it seems like the more numbers you call (doesn’t matter if they pick up or not) increases the chance to acquire a contact and make an appointment for listing, the more numbers you have the better chances you have at getting an appointment.
So for the stupid question but can you please explain how getting these listing will turn to sales? Is it because we have a lot of inventory that we can make more sales? How do we get buyers with this model?
last video you mentioned that circle prospecting might be your new favorite source for generating business. If you can wait for about 3 months, would you say you would prefer that model?
Where do you get these contact numbers though?? Internet searches of public records only works a portion of the time I feel. Maybe I’m just not seeing it right in front of me??
Can I get an opinion of my assessment? Only 3 months as a realtor, bought two properties for 2 of my clients and have one for sell and another for rent to be placed. I feel like I am lacking behind somehow but not sure, could really appreciate you guys opinion or advice. Thank you

I was one of those last year but it was intentional. Already have two deals so far in 2025.

It seems hard to find anybody’s phone number without a paywall
It’s not easy but it is possible to do on your own
Find the owners name on the tax info and then use a forewarn account to find the number

Avg commission of 10k?? What market is that in? Lol. Especially after splits if you're not capped
