Fun fact: None of the OG cast’s placements were their best yet. In fact, in Lindsay’s, Heather’s, Sierra’s, Duncan’s and Alejandro’s case, it was their worst yet. Only Courtney and Gwen didn’t do their worst due to the humiliating placements for Courtney in Island and Gwen in Action.

This season variation is actually really cool! I like the idea of Mal using more personalities for his own personal gain. Using Manitoba and Svetlana are essential, and maybe he can even try to use Vito when fighting the gophers. I’m not sure why he would use Chester, though…
Great video as always! Heather not making far felt so wrong to me considering she made the final 3 twice and even halfway through TDA. I don't mind her getting out pre-merge since she had enough screen time in the first 3 seasons but the execution of her elimination was just... well lazy. If I were to find a way to get Heather out, I'd make her work with Alejandro, make the others vote for Al just for him to play the idol so only his and Heather's vote to count. But obviously Al would want revenge on Heather and secretly vote for her and probably convince someone else to guarantee her boot. On the other hand, I do agree this season is so damn chaotic and it's no much to do, especially because in most scenarios the final 2 stays the same. I mean Mike and Zoey would've probably made the finale in ROTI as well if it wasn't for Scott and Lightning.
Pretty enjoyable. I would agree that it's probably my least favorite what if of all the ones you've done, but it's still a lot better than canon All Stars. At least now I can better understand why Zoey would take Mike over everyone else and the writing acknowledges that it's actually kind of selfish of her to do so. Also, no reset button--yay! The finale was just far superior to the canon All Stars finale in general tbh. If this were the canon season, it'd still have its problems (Sierra and Duncan specifically) but at least it wouldn't be my least favorite.

The reason Mal was gunning for Cameron is simply because he’s the most observant one. Mal knows that Cameron was the first one to find out about Mike’s DID, so it’s safe to assume he’d be one of the first to catch on to Mal. If Cameron caught on, it would ruin Mal’s disguise and would probably send him packing instantly.
Their alliance in island against the boys was very sweet. Sad they never put them together like that again. Ironically enough, they work great together against a common goal.

yeahhhhhh, when I said at the end of the video that I didn't like that I was forced to continue storylines I didn't like. I was mostly talking about Duncan blowing up the mansion and Zoey being a big dumb dumb with Mal, the best I could do was try to make her hold herself more accountable for clearly letting her emotions take over reason, but still just not the happiest about how she acts.
Suggestion for the upcoming video: In the wiki for total drama or his audition tape, idk which one it is I forgot- Ezekiel can speak up to 7 languages. so I think I’d be cool if you incorporated that in some way, but It’s fine if you don’t want to it’s just an interesting fact that was never expanded on 🤷♂️

This is kinda of a problem im experiencing right now doing an TDI what if, is that in Island the cast is WAY too big. most of the pre merge is a fair amount of the cast just getting nothing to do because of cast size. and the cast sizes of Action and World Tour being smaller actually help the pacing a lot more and having more people would inevitable cause there to be floaters. I like the concept and one day might do it but its a real hassle to write for honestly
NGL, I don't really like this one. I think Courtney would just be eliminated in the next episode. I think this works more as a short than anything (unless I'm messing something).

I've played around with this idea, the problem is that Courtney is the main villain of Action. I know that Justin is portrayed as the villain but he's really just a pre merge villain as his character becomes progressively less threatening with him just becoming obsessed with his looks. without Courtney, Action just kinda continues without any real antagonist except maybe Duncan. Obviously could work and am low on ideas for Action so isn't out of consideration.

My only issue with this video is F5. I could easily see Alejandro being able to convince Courtney to vote Mike with the fact that Mike and Zoey are both strong competitors who will 100% be voting together. At best she'd have to face one of them in a tiebreaker which is definitely no guarantee. I think Mike goes there.

Tbh. Im fine with Heather being an early boot in canon All-Stars like. What really could they have done with her? They’ve done all they really could with her in the first 3 seasons. And with her being eliminated early we were able to get some solo Alejandro moments.

The winner of that challenge didn’t matter at all World Tour: …in what universe would Alejandro not manipulate people with his looks?

final 6 i dont think it makes sense that gwen goes. i think zoey's bond with her was strong and it makes more sense that everyone just votes off scott. this is because zoey can talk to gwen and explain, and gwen would be happy to help zoey try and bring mike back. coutrney still upset over the kiss would join in. this or scott courtney and gwen all vote mal and he goes, alejandro would probably too in order the eliminate a threat. gwen is the least likely to be voted off during this round due to her position. not to mention if anything zoey would lie to mike/mal and blame what gwen said on courtney bc she doesnt like her and then gwen is alone and will rely on zoey!
Pretty confusing but I think if Heather keeps her idol, Alejandro goes in her place, Villains more than likely win F9 & Sierra goes in 9th. Both Duncan & Cameron were auto elimiantions, Sierra didn’t make the merge so she has no say & I don’t see Heather fighting for their lives. She’ll probably be like "Less players, less competition" At the F6, Heather probably goes for either Gwen or Mike. She hated Gwen more than she did Courtney. I believe she just dislike Courtney, but just found her a threat more than anything. I could see a world where Mal pulls the stunts he did to Alejandro onto Heather since she did have a similar reputation. I think hilariously enough, if he sabotages Heather then he gets eliminated by her single vote. But then Courtney would go after Heather/Zoey since she made amends with Gwen & has a relationship with Scottney. I believe Heather goes after Scottney, but she would probably go at F5. So basically, not much happens. She would have the similar run that Alejandro did except she would get an extra life through an invincibility statue. As I said, Mal probably would do as he did to Alejandro to Heather, Heather would indirectly send herself home because Mal did have the chart so Heather has no leverage against Scott, Gwen & Courtney. Even if Heather tried to make a move earlier she wouldn’t because the F8/F7 rounds were non-eliminations. Also, her best bet would be eliminating Zoey & hoping Mal pulls out the chart at the F5 & even then, in canon version Zoey dusted Gwen/Courtney/Scott & Mal could possibly try sabotaging Heather’s chances. Edit: Heather would for sure use the chart against Courtney because she knows she’ll be 5th or 4th place otherwise. If Heather DOES have the chart, she probably is 3rd with Scott being the weakest in challenge, Zoey probably wins & takes Gwen to the end in Mal’s place.
Didn't they say that Alejandro was out in a 5-1 vote? Heather convinced everyone to vote for Alejandro, and Alejandro voted for Heather, so if she held on, Alejandro would immediately get out.
In this What-If, he goes over that Alejandro would tell Courtney about Heather's idol and her, Cameron, Scott, and Gwen vote Heather, Heather votes Alejandro, and Alejandro votes Cameron.

if you rewatch the finale episode when the balloons get blown into the sky, there are 8 balloons. 4 balloons were popped earlier (Alejandro, Heather, Cameron, Gwen) and 2 people were on the ground (Mike, Zoey) meaning if you add all that up you get the full cast of 14 people. also when the balloons are flying away the balloon on the right has a really similar outline to Duncan. so Duncan was there in the original which I do think is really weird how the show was able to get him out of prison for this but the numbers don't lie, so yeah

Here's my thoughts on the first episode: Courtney is not stupid, and would not trust Alejandro to listen to her, so either she would toss a vote on Gweb, causing a 3-way tie breaker, or tossing a vote on Alejandro, resulting in a 3-2-1 vote with Alejandros being eliminated, and Heather's immunity being used. This way, Courtney has bothered Scott and Cameron in her pocket for the next vote (Cameron would probably be an unintentional bonus).
I mean in World Tour that singing rule gets broken by a lot of people, so it would be kinda weird if Cody got kicked and then other people who don't sing get away with it (because there is A LOT of other people that also don't sing in episodes and are fine).

Fun fact: None of the OG cast’s placements were their best yet. In fact, in Lindsay’s, Heather’s, Sierra’s, Duncan’s and Alejandro’s case, it was their worst yet. Only Courtney and Gwen didn’t do their worst due to the humiliating placements for Courtney in Island and Gwen in Action.

Dude, you are such a storyteller. I could sit and listen to these for days on end and not be bored. These feel like what would actually happen, complete with research into the characters. These are kinda like the "Marvel What If's" except for Total Drama and I love that kind of stuff. Thank you for making such fun Total Drama videos.
This season variation is actually really cool! I like the idea of Mal using more personalities for his own personal gain. Using Manitoba and Svetlana are essential, and maybe he can even try to use Vito when fighting the gophers. I’m not sure why he would use Chester, though…
Great video as always! Heather not making far felt so wrong to me considering she made the final 3 twice and even halfway through TDA. I don't mind her getting out pre-merge since she had enough screen time in the first 3 seasons but the execution of her elimination was just... well lazy. If I were to find a way to get Heather out, I'd make her work with Alejandro, make the others vote for Al just for him to play the idol so only his and Heather's vote to count. But obviously Al would want revenge on Heather and secretly vote for her and probably convince someone else to guarantee her boot.
On the other hand, I do agree this season is so damn chaotic and it's no much to do, especially because in most scenarios the final 2 stays the same. I mean Mike and Zoey would've probably made the finale in ROTI as well if it wasn't for Scott and Lightning.

Pretty enjoyable. I would agree that it's probably my least favorite what if of all the ones you've done, but it's still a lot better than canon All Stars. At least now I can better understand why Zoey would take Mike over everyone else and the writing acknowledges that it's actually kind of selfish of her to do so. Also, no reset button--yay! The finale was just far superior to the canon All Stars finale in general tbh. If this were the canon season, it'd still have its problems (Sierra and Duncan specifically) but at least it wouldn't be my least favorite.

The reason Mal was gunning for Cameron is simply because he’s the most observant one. Mal knows that Cameron was the first one to find out about Mike’s DID, so it’s safe to assume he’d be one of the first to catch on to Mal. If Cameron caught on, it would ruin Mal’s disguise and would probably send him packing instantly.

yeahhhhhh, when I said at the end of the video that I didn't like that I was forced to continue storylines I didn't like. I was mostly talking about Duncan blowing up the mansion and Zoey being a big dumb dumb with Mal, the best I could do was try to make her hold herself more accountable for clearly letting her emotions take over reason, but still just not the happiest about how she acts.

This is kinda of a problem im experiencing right now doing an TDI what if, is that in Island the cast is WAY too big. most of the pre merge is a fair amount of the cast just getting nothing to do because of cast size. and the cast sizes of Action and World Tour being smaller actually help the pacing a lot more and having more people would inevitable cause there to be floaters.
I like the concept and one day might do it but its a real hassle to write for honestly

However, I think it IS possible that Courtney could score a point which would tie the challenge, so the bass winning the challenge is possible, but I think the most likely outcome is that the bass lose and Courtney gets voted out

What if Courtney didn’t win the lawsuit in TDA
I've played around with this idea, the problem is that Courtney is the main villain of Action. I know that Justin is portrayed as the villain but he's really just a pre merge villain as his character becomes progressively less threatening with him just becoming obsessed with his looks. without Courtney, Action just kinda continues without any real antagonist except maybe Duncan. Obviously could work and am low on ideas for Action so isn't out of consideration.

My only issue with this video is F5. I could easily see Alejandro being able to convince Courtney to vote Mike with the fact that Mike and Zoey are both strong competitors who will 100% be voting together. At best she'd have to face one of them in a tiebreaker which is definitely no guarantee. I think Mike goes there.

Tbh. Im fine with Heather being an early boot in canon All-Stars like. What really could they have done with her? They’ve done all they really could with her in the first 3 seasons. And with her being eliminated early we were able to get some solo Alejandro moments.

It may be your least favorite so far but it’s still an improvement over All Stars main story. Duncan’s “theirs a difference between being bad and being rotten” is perfect closure for Duncan’s arc in All Stars

The premise of ones like these seem kinda lazy, and could only work with some very specific challenges (like the one in WT where Noah shouldve won, yet because Duncan was brought back, he didnt) but i think for here it could work since they were so close anyways

final 6 i dont think it makes sense that gwen goes. i think zoey's bond with her was strong and it makes more sense that everyone just votes off scott. this is because zoey can talk to gwen and explain, and gwen would be happy to help zoey try and bring mike back. coutrney still upset over the kiss would join in. this or scott courtney and gwen all vote mal and he goes, alejandro would probably too in order the eliminate a threat. gwen is the least likely to be voted off during this round due to her position. not to mention if anything zoey would lie to mike/mal and blame what gwen said on courtney bc she doesnt like her and then gwen is alone and will rely on zoey!
Pretty confusing but I think if Heather keeps her idol, Alejandro goes in her place, Villains more than likely win F9 & Sierra goes in 9th.
Both Duncan & Cameron were auto elimiantions, Sierra didn’t make the merge so she has no say & I don’t see Heather fighting for their lives. She’ll probably be like "Less players, less competition"
At the F6, Heather probably goes for either Gwen or Mike. She hated Gwen more than she did Courtney. I believe she just dislike Courtney, but just found her a threat more than anything.
I could see a world where Mal pulls the stunts he did to Alejandro onto Heather since she did have a similar reputation. I think hilariously enough, if he sabotages Heather then he gets eliminated by her single vote. But then Courtney would go after Heather/Zoey since she made amends with Gwen & has a relationship with Scottney. I believe Heather goes after Scottney, but she would probably go at F5.
So basically, not much happens. She would have the similar run that Alejandro did except she would get an extra life through an invincibility statue. As I said, Mal probably would do as he did to Alejandro to Heather, Heather would indirectly send herself home because Mal did have the chart so Heather has no leverage against Scott, Gwen & Courtney. Even if Heather tried to make a move earlier she wouldn’t because the F8/F7 rounds were non-eliminations. Also, her best bet would be eliminating Zoey & hoping Mal pulls out the chart at the F5 & even then, in canon version Zoey dusted Gwen/Courtney/Scott & Mal could possibly try sabotaging Heather’s chances.
Edit: Heather would for sure use the chart against Courtney because she knows she’ll be 5th or 4th place otherwise. If Heather DOES have the chart, she probably is 3rd with Scott being the weakest in challenge, Zoey probably wins & takes Gwen to the end in Mal’s place.
Didn't they say that Alejandro was out in a 5-1 vote? Heather convinced everyone to vote for Alejandro, and Alejandro voted for Heather, so if she held on, Alejandro would immediately get out.
In this What-If, he goes over that Alejandro would tell Courtney about Heather's idol and her, Cameron, Scott, and Gwen vote Heather, Heather votes Alejandro, and Alejandro votes Cameron.

if you rewatch the finale episode when the balloons get blown into the sky, there are 8 balloons. 4 balloons were popped earlier (Alejandro, Heather, Cameron, Gwen) and 2 people were on the ground (Mike, Zoey) meaning if you add all that up you get the full cast of 14 people. also when the balloons are flying away the balloon on the right has a really similar outline to Duncan. so Duncan was there in the original which I do think is really weird how the show was able to get him out of prison for this but the numbers don't lie, so yeah

Here's my thoughts on the first episode:
Courtney is not stupid, and would not trust Alejandro to listen to her, so either she would toss a vote on Gweb, causing a 3-way tie breaker, or tossing a vote on Alejandro, resulting in a 3-2-1 vote with Alejandros being eliminated, and Heather's immunity being used. This way, Courtney has bothered Scott and Cameron in her pocket for the next vote (Cameron would probably be an unintentional bonus).
I will now always refer to Gwen and Gweb because that's funnier
You should do what if Cody got kicked out for not singing
I mean in World Tour that singing rule gets broken by a lot of people, so it would be kinda weird if Cody got kicked and then other people who don't sing get away with it (because there is A LOT of other people that also don't sing in episodes and are fine).

This was a pretty good what if rewrite. Thankful that Scott and Courtney stay a couple, Zoey learns about Mal ahead of time, and the Heather and Alejandro dynamic. Yeah, I'll say it's my least favorite so far but it's still really good and way better then the original All Stars.

What if Courtney didn’t come back in S2
I don't hate the idea, the problem is that Courtney is the main villain of Action. I know that Justin is portrayed as the villain but he's really just a pre merge villain and falls flat come merge. So without Courtney, Action just kinda continues without any real antagonist except maybe Duncan. Obviously could work and am low on ideas for Action so isn't out of consideration.

rewatching island currently, and Izzy is very much the vote out in that episode anyway because she gave the Killer Bass the idea to have DJ push the canoes back. I guess that could effect her returning at the merge since she was presumably living the island after her elimination which is what allowed her to come back. But to say that she wouldn't be brought back at the merge is a bit of a hard sell
