I discovered ‘The Streets of Galway’ (and you) thanks to a flute maker in Galway (we visited him in 2017 and he made a 7 keys Irish flute for my wife who’s an excellent player - also a very good fiddle player), he posted the chorus on Facebook a day of heavy rain (‘The rain comes lashin’ ...) and I asked him what it was because I enjoyed the lyrics. The video is just marvellous ! Congrats. I don’t know if you’re interested in knowing that but I just want to let you know we are about to sing the song during our gigs (guitar, fiddle, tin whistle, accordion, double bass) and, of course, we’ll credit you and invite the audience to listen to your songs as an ad.
