I think you speak Cantonese? You just need to practice your Mandarin and it’ll get better…Or since you’re in Kaohsiung you should grab the chance to learn Taiwanese….
You should be able to get some med for your headache. The one very popular is called Panadol 普拿疼

There are far too many egocentric RUclipsrs who forget not all cultures have the same measurement standards, in matters of culinary custome.

外地旅遊有時氣候不適應會不舒服。
頭痛不舒服可以直接去藥局買“普拿疼”，或去診所看醫生，雖然沒有健保也不貴。
