Le 4 novembre j'arrive une nouvelle fois à Taïwan pour deux semaines. Visite d'amis et de Taipei / Yilan, avant un séjour de trois mois en Thaïlande. J'aime l'atmosphère des marchés de nuit, et les autres. Mais pas que... 👍🤗 Ma première visite à Taïwan a été il y a... 40 ans (1984) ! Bien des choses ont évolué.

還沒有烹調的叫"餃子"，用水煮 熟的 叫"水餃"，用油煎 熟的 叫"煎餃"，使水氣蒸 熟的 叫"蒸餃"😉

You smell stinky tofu all over Taiwan night markets. Two questions: 1. Who found tofu rotting in liquid and said "Let's eat this!"?? 2. Why name it Stinky Tofu? Why not something like "Fragrant Soy"? 🤣🤣
