It helps to put the bead on 2 strains that are joined together than it won't slip the after the beads on just separate into to strands again
So I have a question. I want to do this, but how do you wash your hair. Do you set it aside while washing the rest of your hair or do you just scrub as well

Just take them out when u want or when the braid becomes frizzy and when brushing just move the braid out of the way and for washing do the same u can get it wet tho

Celtic tradition also used hair beads, meaning this is a long time fashion for white people too! Plus, from what I've looked up, a lot of African people think it is cool when other people try hair beads
it's appropriate if you don't claim it as white people's style when it's really not.
Yeah I was confused about this as well. I looked into it on Pinterest and Reddit. I saw some people on Reddit who said that this isn’t a style that they’ve tried before and that they think it is cute but in their experience it isn’t originally a style from African heritage. Their beaded styles are more beads added onto the braids instead of braided into it. I could be wrong but as far as I know we are safe to use this style.

Ok so I have a younger sister that has been begging me to put a hair wrap in her hair and some beads
I am babysitting her tonight so I figured I would do it tonight for her . Well I have no idea how to do that so I looked up how to do a hair wrap. Your video was the first one to pop up and it was super helpful however by the end of it I was like um and how do you get this out so I looked that up and your video was the first to pop up (once again super helpful) and then I looked up how to put beads in your hair and once again yours was the first to pop up. Haven’t watched it yet but imagine it will be helpful lol😂

either put gel on the strand or get the hard wet and bring it to a point at the end

I usually keep mine in for about a week to a week in a half but it’s really up to you !

In our cultural in Guatemala 🇬🇹 we use beads to put in our hair and a lot different things and beads goes for different cultures but I love the way you do it
