I’m going to answer some of the most asked questions here !
1.) can you shower with this in your hair? Yes you can shower and swim with this in your hair
2.) how long can this stay in your hair for ? Personally I leave mine in for a week then take it out but it can stay in longer.

I've had more than 4, and personally, I leave them in for more than a year. Although I do use more intricate patterns (Chinese ladder, etc). After you leave it in for a while (over a year) (depending on how fast your hair grows) It will develop a dreadlock type knot at your scalp, and it usually takes me over an hour (conditioner is a lifesaver). Just a little advice for first-timers.
