Just. Wow!! I'm absolutely in love with the teaching here! I left my family's religion back in 2008 and have been working to heal from spiritual abuses and overcome my victim vibration, forgive and move on to my higher calling, of which my ear is now open to for the first time in decades! I've started a daily practice now with meditation and visualization after just 2 weeks since listening to the messages here and ALL over RUclips. Thank you, Michael for serving humanity in such a MASSIVE way. Surely this beautiful work is changing the world's vibration as our race continues to unfold and evolve. THANK YOU!

Please Take me to My Higher Consciousness , allow me to see with my minds eye and have the courage to Love Unconditionally with you ,within the present moment of awareness ,as the silent watcher of my thoughts and reactions.

in despair and hope and anguish.
SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE PTSD.
THE EMOTIONAL TURMOIL IS TORTURE.
every cell of my being is submerged in PTSD.
I can't breathe. I don't breathe. I'm in turmoil.
my so-called best friend; he raped me. tortured me.
maliciously intentionally
viciously brutally intensely: raped my soul.
discarded me like garbage.
I am traumatized and terrified.
haunted and horrified.
IN CONSTANT PANIC.
I can no longer take this panic; can no longer live through this pain.
he did this to me in February, and now we're in June...
how will I get through this?
how will I heal from this?
he purged all his dysfunctions onto me...
because he's unhealed and because he's fucked,
I ended up being the collateral damage
to his un-wellness!!
HOW WILL I EVER HEAL?
I HAVE SEVERE PTSD.
he's given me severe PTSD.
SEVERE SEVERE SEVERE.
some of the most toxic and sick people
come disguised as people that love you...
he came disguised as my best friend...
I am raped I am tortured I am tormented I am haunted
I am terrorized and terrified
and desperately panicked.
I am paralyzed with trauma.
I AM DYING OF EMOTIONAL PAIN.
THE GRIEF AND TERROR ARE ALL-CONSUMING.
the darkness. the despair. the rage. THE PANIC.
OH. MY. GOD. THE. PANIC!!!
I desperately want to escape the pain that I'm in:

panic and grief...
I'm desperately trying to remember this. please, God, help me remember:
