@Chopper650 How? You can be peeled and not have separation in your muscle. Some guys never get striated glutes no matter how hard they diet. Heath never had quad striations but he was always peeled. Wesley vissers has crazy delt striations but no glutes even though his bodyfat is gone.
Let’s bring a little reality to light here. Samsons wife didn’t build him. She hasn’t been doing this her whole life and “made” Samson. Her and Samson learned from what Milos did and just did more. It’s like a coach of a winning football team gets fired at the start of the playoffs and they plug in an assistant. The assistant did a good job but that’s not what got them there. Milos is getting too much shade and she is getting way too much credit.
I love milos but to be realistic she had a big part of it… you can coach your team to the playoffs because they are just that good but in the playoffs it comes down to the details, etc. And getting your athlete to follow the plan is part of being a coach… you see how people follow Stefan’s protocols and routines…

Milos transformed Samson’s physique into becoming a top contender in the sport. Now could another coach have done that? Probably. Samson did the work and he deserves the most credit. But as far as coaching goes Samson’s wife isn’t some guru savant. She learned from being around Samson and Milos’s coaching.
Andrew needs a posing coach. He doesn't do the side shots correct at all and appears thin, this guy isn't thin ! Plus he doesn't hold the poses long enough for people to look at his physique.
Exactly. I keep saying it: Andrew's problem has nothing to do with thickness. He just can't pose to save his life. And I don't know why he just can't seem to pose well. His side poses will start beating others once he learns to do it right. It's like he doesn't even make the effort. He needs bend a bit, put his visible thigh against the other to create the illusion of a bigger hamstring. For his upper body, he needs to lean backward a bit and arch his upper back at the same time, then pull his forearm in a bit in (since they are very long & thin in his case) and place his other hand a little above the wrist. He keep places the hands together, making the thinness of the forearms too obvious. Half of Andrew's problem will be solved once he learns to pose. The other problem is his hamstrings, glutes, and his overall conditioning. Once he gets this right, he will be hard to beat. As it is now, I don't even have hope. But let's keep watching him.

I think he loses volume in his lower quads when they pull water. Coupled with his upper half being bigger. They'll figure it out, they have the whole year.
Derek said in the off season that he doesn't push heavy until just before prep. In my opinion that is why he looks soft from the front. His back engages without form or heavy lifting. Maybe he needs to up the intensity in the off season. Its a video from this past summer where he makes this statement

Martin got a gift. His upper body too small for his legs. That really gets exposed on the front double IMO. There no way I would have had him over Andrew Jacked.
With respect, pics are at least slightly misleading. I realized this with Jay in 2001. He looked much better in pics than onstage for the prejudging. People still say he was robbed, but he was flat and watery.

IMO Andrew only has a couple of years left to be Mr.O. He should try to hook up with Haney and not do the Arnolds unless he's just doing a money grab. I think one good off season with Haney would possibly get him there

You need those other eyes . The judges look to see your progress and no better way than to stand next to other competitors.

To be honest, Martin looked PHENOMENAL!! I was disappointed with Rafael, I believe he had peaked before the show in the photograph with his team. In my opinion, I believe that most athletes did not peek well for the show. However most noteworthy too was Brandon Curry, he really brought a good physique for the show but didn't place high enough. As for Andrew look at his gut now, it is distended and it is throwing his beautiful flowing physique off. I don't know why Chris Aceto decided to go bigger but what a shame, there is actually no need for that because Andrew is tall and has a menacing physique that could destroy everyone if he comes in peeled!

He's very transparent in his recent video. He goes through all the emotions he's feeling and explains his state of mind. He even talks about how he makes peace with a loss. Of all top pros, he comes across as one of the most genuine.
Are you high? Martin is a kid. He has all the time in the world. With a bit more mass in the right places, he's winning the whole thing. Samson and Andrew are nearing 40. Give it a few more years and they won't even be in the mix.

Derek was peeled he just doesn't have deep separation in his chest and delts but they improved. His legs mainly let him down imo
