I can “doctor” up ANY brand of beans to be the best. And walking up an escalator defeats its purpose. It’s usually the people with mobility issues that will use the escalators. So much of the world we know was invented by the English speaking world.

I hate electric kettles. We have one but I'd rather heat in the microwave or use our keurig. I don't like my drinks super hot and you can't tell with an electric kettle if it's hot or not until the button flips up and by that point it's boiling. Plus I've burned my hands badly on those things from the steam .

I like canned beans with HP sauce---elevates the taste. In a pinch A1 steak sauce is OK as a substitute.
