I like that they kept Neco-Arc's status as a joke character while giving her better, unique tools. Has neat looking setplay in particular. Still probably gonna be the worst character, but not "pick me if you want to lose"-tier like AACC.

I love that she has a mini version of Warc's donuts. I'm sad that we no longer have "doridoridoridori" though. I have no idea what the Vtuber streaming does besides obscure the screen, but I'm fine with it. I really want a crossover between the Necos of Melty and the Kakas of Blazblue.
