Hi, thank you, i used them only indoor, most of the time on function 'smooth'. The blue led strip looks the same as the red and green, no dark. When i press the blue button on remote there is no light at all, all other colors work fine, only the white is a bit yellower. The blue leds they light slightly up but almost not visible. I opened up one and i cannot see anything wrong with the connections, juggeling the cables makes no diffrence. Thank you for your reply.

if you use them in normal, there may be several reason cause no blue. 1; check the leds, see if some led chip burned into dark. if so, it may blue color chip. 2, check you remote controller, if the blue color button can be availiable. 3, check the connection of power supply and remote board which is inside in housing if they are well. these are the first simple checking. after than if you can not find the problem. please contact i will inform you next solution. thank you.
i have one, doesn't come with any instructions and have to build the end of the wire?!What do I connect it to, if it comes with only the black and red wire, doesn't ahve any sort of plug at the end of it..
normally led foold light is for outdoor lighting decoration project, so it is connected with electrics wire directly, but if you need plug, you can require it when order.

you can require the memory type remote controller, it can keep the settled function when you turn on from off.

Does the light switch to default when you you turn it off and then back on? Or does it stay at the color you set?
Do these lights have the earth cable connected (are they earthed for electrical safety?)
