- If you've been following Blacklist International, specifically their M3 World Championship run and their 2022 Dynasty, Boss Rada's name always comes up. After a very long time, our podcast finally happened! This is one of my favorite interviews ever. In this podcast, we talk about how they built their dynasty, what he thinks of V33Wise, how he thinks of the MV3, and many other stuff.
I'll tell you, if you're planning to become world champs, this is gold-mine-levels of free advice. I loved talking to this guy.
Boss Wolf, if possible invite VeeWise for a podcast. For sure may mga "untold" stories pa behind those S7, MSC, S8, M3, Sibol runs up to now. They shared a bit of those stories sa fans, it will be great if marinig ulit and ma-expand. Really, ma-aamazed ka sa dalawa and everything. Upon hearing boss rada, it really interconnects sa ibang story nila VW. So thank you for this!!

Whenever I found out that Boss Rada had an interview I really wanted to watch it, cause there a lot of learning for every words he says. As an agent thank you for sharing this message ☺️. For me Blacklist is the standard of all. Name it all. From the players, the staff and the management.
Boss Rada once said if you want to check for the standard you need to check the environment, technology and People.

Black List is the classiest team MBLBB ever had. Even Wise and Oheb (the P.I guy) love to banter, but still, they do it in a classy and funny way. Despite what people say about Veenus, no one can deny the fact that he is the best captain. The effort, heart, intelligence, and sassiness he brings are fascinating. A lot of people are jealous because of the team's achievements, 3-time MPL champs, M3 champ, Sibol, and always a finalist. No other team achieved these. The Laos issue is BS, their prime is incomparable. The members aren't just ML players, with their looks, and appeal, they could do everything they wish and succeed. This team has the "IT and XFACTOR". agree or not. They are the Elites and their management.

This is why I think Blacklist is not just a team. It's an enterprise with an established system and proper controls. Just goes to show you that a successful team is as best as their own foundations not just what's happening on the outside. At first, I loved Blacklist because of how the team played. But now, this made me appreciate Blacklist more.
Tryke is a helluva CEO, he's good at finding and keeping capable people.
Because of this interview.. now I know kung bakit blacklist ang Napili ko na isupport na team.. before kasi bukod sa nagagalingan ako sa blacklist at gusto ko ung attitude nila I know deep inside na may mas malalim na dahilan kung bakit and now I've realized it...❤❤❤

This is very relevant today, especially for mlbb teams having internal problems.. malaki talaga ang part ng player psych, managing relationships of teams within the members and how to handle internal and external issues. Hats off to boss Rada and nice flow of questions from sir Wolf :)!

Blacklist really based almost everything from data and numbers that's why they are a champion team. The skills were already given eh knowing these are pro players, that's why they focused more on the "willingness" of the players to win; that's the part they have successfully ACTIVATED ❤. They have successfully tamed each players knowing these are all ace players. I was super focused watching the interview that I finished this in one sitting 😊. If this is a book, this is unputdownable. This is AWESOME 💪
