Steam deck is the king
the empreror
I got an RG556 but will be swapping it for a Steam Deck.
In the same boat as you, made a mammoth of a mistake buying the 556
I looked into these before buying my Steam Deck, and so glad I went with the Deck. I think the only reason you would get one of these instead is for a smaller form factor, and more battery life, if that’s really important to you.
Straight up me: I would never get a steam deck under its current form; at that point may as well just carry a laptop IMO. That thing doesn’t fit anywhere that isn’t at least a “bag”; I want a console for my pocket not a bag I will never carry around unless I explicitly do it for the steam deck. Not my idea of portability tbh (not surprising considering I don’t even have a laptop and only use tablets or desktop: form factor is tremendously important to me honestly).
fair!
@@128KB trust me! The day Valve releases a “mini deck”, I’m all in because all the complaints about the small cheap devices are very legit (I’m a programmer tho so for me it’s no biggie but I totally understand the perspective).
Cheers ! Nice discussion btw ✌🏼
They are not in the same category it's like comparing a 200$ phone to 1000$ PC
Not really, abxylute is £180, a refurbished SD LCD is £250, not far off.
Two snobs
True 🤣
Oh my gosh great video
Thank you!!
Thanks for the continually honest views!
Always!
AJ killing it this ep. 🤣🤣🤣
hahaha I can't take him anywhere!!
Steam Deck has black screen of death which I got cuz I take care of my things so I barely used.
Battery drained to 0 within 2 weeks of not using and charging it while its fully drained can kill it.
I saw a forum post where someone fixed that by doing a bios update through Desktop console mode.
@mreverybody1150 does not work for everbody, im on latest bios trying it...been looking forever for a solutions, steam support's solution none worked.
Just be aware that even if u dont use it, it can die out of nowhere.
@@mreverybody1150 That don't work for everybody, ive been looking for every solution for time to time with no bite.
Have the latest bios due to this now...
Only the Odin 2 can come close to the Steam Deck. The rest are garbage.
I wouldn't say garbage, just inferior
Love the video we need more like this the cost to experience explain simply.😎 if you’re willing to hear the opinion of a dirty colonial
I love the rg556. While the joysticks aren't as good as the steam deck, the d pad is WAY better. I can actually play fighting games on it lol
Also you grossly exaggerated the ease of steam deck vs the difficulty of Android lol
We do tend to get over exctied!!
