Food selection is still better than in the US. The seats seem pretty chic, I personally think harder/thinner seats offer better back support. It seems as if your experience was sub-par, but I'd really like to fly Swiss Internationally.
Well they have a lot of competition .. to Dublin aerlingus to Germany Lufthansa and to Spain iberia … if the ticket is cheaper fine but if more expensive .. go to the cheaper option .. as an avid Swiss flyer I will go with the cheapest option now … Swiss is no longer premium …
Completely understandable. A few years ago when booking a FSC you paid more but you could expect a better service as well. Nowadays the difference is almost non existent, particularly in economy class.

I love the look of the SWISS interiors (and those on SBB), but agree that the premium feature seems to be the price. Thanks for continuing to vlog!
