A few other techs you might want to consider that weren't mentioned are Imperial Custom, Apophis the Swamp Deity and Statue of Anguish Pattern. Imperial Customs protects continuous traps from destruction, which will be useful since Ghost Ogre will be the meta counter to this archetype, since it can shut down the summons from the s/t zone. Apophis is a forbidden droplet on summon, negating up to the number of continuous traps face up, which they count as. Also Apophis is a level 6 trap monster, meaning that you can sync with Primera into Baronne with that. Anguish Pattern is a free targetted destruction with every Centurion summoned from the s/t zone. With it being a level 7, Primera can also sync it into Psychic End Punisher
@@yacine656 Yeah, after learning about how easy the Calamity lock is with this, I was looking into some other options because come Fall/Winter Ban list, Calamity is absolutely getting banned.
@aaa1e2r3 eh I wouldn’t hold out hope. Konami has surprised us many times by hitting other cards to promote people to invest in other decks. Point: by hitting manadium to where they can’t/make it almost impossible to summon calamity, people will start investing in centurion which means they make money
The Bystials work REALLY well with this deck because it raises the floor and ceiling and gives access to Chaos Angel even if they negate Trudea. Also Lubellion is 8 so it's another way into Legatia/Crimson outside of Emet
I really love the design of the deck but it’s hard to be exited about it when it has so few cards that it’s barely a deck and it’s current game plan is calamity turbo
This deck can be played with snake eyes too and its all gas cause you cannot stop it at any point and you never run out of monsters since you keep searching and drawing cards. I just love this deck it looks like the next support for it will make it better than it is right now
Finally making use of Zoroa. I think its a really slept on card that reminds me of the Dragon Buster sword lock but instead it shuts down an extra deck type. It's hard to make though but using unexpected Dai summoning a card called magicalibra and any level 4 is easy zoroa
@@MrJTP if you noticed over the recent sets,we have been getting more and more spellcaster type tuners. There is a lvl 3 spell caster tuner coming out in the next couple sets too.
I mean ogre and Typhoon seme to be very effective against this deck. But it's definitely interesting to hear about a new archetype so thank you for this but seriously, you might have been overhyping some cards in the past but again thank you for informing us👍🏻
Yes it's vulnerable to certain cards but gets around many other, much more generally played hand traps like Ash, Belle and Droll. I'll take that any day of the week.
Dang this New mannadium support going crazy Since you have a light in tuner the archetype you can summon amatara search any of the Visas field spell cards and mannadium is probably the best for this archetype
Crimson Dragon for certain because being able to cheat out one of the like half dozen Quasars with zero effort is also pretty broken but considering Crimson Dragon is a new card it'll probably be safe for a while.
@@Zetact_Summoning Quasar/Blazar is fine it is still way harder to make it than Baronne or Savage Dragon even with Crimson Dragon, but Calamity is a stupid designed card it should never even existed just like many other cards.
I think multiple Decks are better fits for the Calamity Lock than Synchron tbh; Dinos and VW come to mind as feeling like they were made for Crimson Dragon.
Monster Cards need to be in the main monster zone they arent monster cards if they are in the spell and trap zone in the case of centur-ion they are continuous traps

Still at 3
Yesss Centurions. I am happy that you made the deck profile and combo cause I believe it has great potential.
Same!
@yacine656 Sound the horn cause Centurions are marching at our door step.
I hope the next centurion support we get is good
@@anthonyamato8019 me too
It has machines.. off to a great start.. greetings from st Lucia
This deck looks but King Calamity will probably get the ban hammer in the next list so I would focus more in the other combos.
What's so bad about Konami making a monster? They make 100s of them each year.
More like 500s
More like 1000s

This deck is probably a better use for the Calamity lock than the synchron decks tbh
It can definitely be an engine for mannadium considering it's a Synchro archetype that uses level fours

Geomatemecha Sigma Final could be a good tower that it's auto win for certain decks like Flo or Sky Striker
3000 Atk isn't enough when many of those decks can easily run Chaos Angel or cards like Destructive Daruma Karma Cannon.
Ah yes, Anti-Spell, the card that stops you from using Traps.
Free Dragon Rulers
king calamity again huh
Gotta abuse it while it exists!
Better use it while it legal 🤣
Would it make sense to try therions in this deck? To make the counter trap better.
Why the hell does that monster have 3900 ATK with such a powerful effect
what’s the optimal way to counter this deck
Droplet
Ogre or any other spot removal
The deck isnt that crazy
Super Poly for Mudragon.
Wouldn't this deck be weak to ghost ogre?
Yes
Or twin twister cosmic trap eater
@@GuessWhatHappened1 I never knew trap eater was an option.
I'm definitely gonna tech Uria in this deck for fun
I wouldn’t be surprised if people started playing Crossout Designator just to take out 1/3 of this deck

Do you think someone could use this deck with Horus? I was wanting to use both engines
It dodges everything, except Ogre right?
Crossout ... Called by ... 4 cards to stop it since the deck has soo many room.
Damn this pretty much confirms a ban for Calamity or Crimson Dragon
R.I.P. Dinos and Virtual World?
Canadian brother from another mother....thoughts on mixing this wth horus??
Atm it potential to be tier 1?

Blazar ?
Blazer or supernova plus counter trap.
Horus engine or sinful engine

Mannadium million negate Turbo

If Hot Red is banned when these cards come out, what does the deck do?
Synchro big synchro monsters
1 pop, 1 draw, 1 search everyturn, That's it... Or 1 negate through blazar, counter trap.
If you can make it you have to summon main phase turn player gets 1st activation
Summon any other level 12 synchro quite a few that are great. Also depending on what engine you play you can make level 8 or 10 synchros as well
Supernova board nuke
Blazar/quasar things
Level 8 synchro
