I just wanted to tell you that you have single handedly changed my life. The way you describe things, like in your meditation episode that really spoke to me, through analogies and visual representations have finally made everything ive been trying to learn really and actually completely click. Ive been trying to learn about spirituality for so long but never really ‘got’ it until i watched one of your videos and all of the sudden a light switch just turned on and I finally understand and am genuinely excited about my spiritual journey. The Universe is doing the actions through this body. There is not a separate I that exists, that "I" is an idea (the ego) that claims ownership of the actions.
The true self is simply conscious awareness 🧘♂️
But all that is ever known of the supposed "body" is the claim of a specific so- called "perception", "sensation", "feeling", "thought" that seems to arise. It is never actually located. It just feels like it is. There is never "matter" in a universe of mind, of consciousness, so no actual body. The atom is empty space.

The one who wants to see clearly IS the veil. The one who imagines reality is veiled IS the veil. Claiming to be the one who is on a journey IS the veil. Aaron is an excellent teacher who has obviously picked up concepts from many other spiritual teachers (Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle, Mooji, Tony Parsons, Jesus among them.) However, like most teachers, he often appeals to the ego, or we could say the ego twists the message into something it wants.
As Ramana Maharshi said, if your spiritual practices themselves are reinforcing the illusion of being a separate self, how are those practices going to help awareness recognize it is not the separate self? The one who practices will never "get it" because that spearate independent self doesn't exist beyond conceptual thought. "I" am a thought; what is has no need to identify as "I" or "other than I".
@@brushstroke3733 "the one who wants to see clearly is the veil". How true! There is never an entity or self attached to any thought , feeling, sensation, or perception. Impersonal belief says "i" as each one of its concepts, but there literally is no finite self to say "i" to anything.

Our perspective of who and what we are changes constantly what causes the appearance of subtle changes that “me” doesn’t notice, the ego attempting to cause separation and protect the idea that the ego is me

QUESTION: So now I'm doing the "forgiving" all day long and it feels great(all the illusory beliefs about myself are revealed) to do it BUT I'm rarely feeling peace and stillness, more joy/excitement. Before I aimed more at just connecting with the I AM in stillness/peace. Which is more beneficial moving forward? One or both in some mix? Thanks
Thank you , Aaron. If our script is written ( by us) , and we are just observing and reinterpreting all that happens in it through the eyes of the Holy Spirit or the ego, isn’t it for this reason that we are all truly innocent?

Question: Can awareness influence the mind body complex or is awareness just along for the ride experiencing this simulated reality?
Hi Aaron and hi dear community. Would anyone who is familiar / resonates with both the deep insight of non doership discovered intuitively and in the tradition of Advaita AND the teaching of free will as a cosmic law as it's put forward in the Law of One (Ra Material) teachings care to comment on how these truths / teachings can be held simultaneously?
It's like when you are doing the mundane thing it's automatic just awareness. like cutting the onion you are not there coz it's not a thought problem it's auto pilot, but when ego awareness interferes... And a thought like hay this is dangerous you could cut your fingers because you can't see your eyes are stinging and watery.... It gives you doubt, fight or flight mode, just a ego thought. But rely when your not there its harmony at one ment when you get out of the way and you are just doing without the thought or consequence. Just being aware without the self (ego) controlling the true nature of experience or intention of the task you began. It instantly go's when you recognise its not you it's an ego thought feel sensation experience behind the object is just the subject and ego brought in B.S. The object (thought thing) is only what your perception ego makes it become in the awareness.
As soon as you realise HAY IT'S ONLY RELY AWARENESS THAT I AM AWARE, IF YOU DON'T GIVE A THING MEANING IT JUST TRANSENDS BACK TO NOTHINGNESS OR NO THING. ego awareness is B.S it tricks into believing you are the 5 senses in a body and the senses of ego rule. There's 3rd dimension doing its job ... 😂 Lol
Makes me think about the role of the body..i kind of see it as If i'm the dance (the energy and presence of the i am awareness - in both inconscious and conscious states) then my body is a dance move - it is one of my expressions.. my awareness kind of breaths life into the body - my conscious loving thoughts bring harmonic feelings and a sense og flow doing things with ease while my gaps in consciousNess (conditions) can create nervousness/stress in my body..the i am energy is a bit like a russian doll😄
So I thought I was part of a fb group for the forgiveness challenge. I rarely get on fb, but I am looking for help and there is no group that I am a part of that relates to the challenge or what what Aaron teaches. Am I wrong about there being a fb group?

Aaron my third eye is opening just because i started seeing all is one and all that. But i dont want to open it yet, im not ready.
I havent meditated and i cant control it... My sense of smell is stronger and now i understand why i should be cleaning my room more often.
It's keeping me up all night. I havent been able to fall asleep until 5-7 am every night and its ruining school. I want to raise earths vibration but i want to do it on my own pace, so why is it forcing itself open???
Have you congratulated yourself recently for the magnificent job you did growing your eye balls, your fingers, and your toes? Did you grow them according to your scheduled plan? Were you able to slow or stop the growth when you felt uncomfortable about the changes "you" were making?
Regarding school, have you ever heard of John Taylor Gatto? If you listen to what he has to say about school, you might feel good about missing out on it!

Does this explain why you really have no control over your dreams?
The supposed "personal" or "finite" identity is not "everything" ...or responsible for all wrong action. That is one of the downsides and confusions resulting from Acim, which teaches ultimate responsibility. Until it is recognized that consciousness is wholly impersonal and unlocated, it can be toxic to teach this way. It is never a "finite" self that is responsible for all that seems to occur. It is impersonal belief that makes up its world, and that is all of its apparent entities. It is toxic to accept that "i" am responsible"; that "i" have "made it all", because that is creating, in belief, an "i" that never exists, and then condemning it as the evil doer. It is not up to the "reader" , i.e., "deluded" consciousness, to see its way out of this toxic illogic, when the only need is for clarity, for truth. To teach "nonduality" using beliefs in entities, channeling, spiritual hierarchies, etc., in part for literary effect, ( which could be called a vanity project) is to add levels of confusion and sow distrust in the facts of being.
It's still tough to say you're not the doer in the aftermath of How your ego/condotioning/trigger takes over and you wind up being broken up with by the one you love so much..😔 It is extremely hard to resist taking blame and feel guilt over it

I used to use the phrase, and then what, (thought) and then what, (thought), and then what. You find out it ends with nothing. Cuz what's the worst that could happen, physically death? Bring it..
Did you also read "The Most Direct and Rapid Means to Eternal Bliss?" The technique you suggested is mentioned in that book, so I am curious if you read it.

Truth is always the only requirement. Why spend decades confused and suffering from a deceptive teaching that mixes Truth with error and that has so much seeming power because it comes from the great "beyond".
How much easier and less painful to begin with the true facts of being. "The first iniquitous manifestation of sin was a finity". The deconstruction of a false sense of self needs to be the focus at every "stage", because this is what becomes clearer and clearer. How difficult that task is if you are accepting the belief in "entities", "lives", "minds", "beings".
Non doership is a difficult concept, especially when it comes to racism.
You agree with non-duality? If you agree non-duality, then there is no problem... The beast can can do whatever... Non-duality is human given agreement for to Anti Christ to take the leadership of humanity. In non-duality, there is no evil, there is only the creation of God and unconditional love in truth.🐍👩🦯

That's just not true. It's possible to unintentionally cause harm to someone else, on accident, without even knowing you did it. At most, it could be construed as recklessness. But sometimes it's just a perfect storm of ignorance mixed with the chaos of life.
For example, let's say you were walking a path in the woods one day near the edge of a steep cliff. Up ahead, you see a moderately sized rock, about the size of your fist, and decide to kick it for fun. You watch it go sailing through the air as it falls off the edge of the cliff.
Although you think nothing of it, unbeknownst to you that rock crashed hard into the head of another hiker at the bottom, giving her a concussion
At no point during this event did you act with any ill intent toward anyone and you were even following your bliss, but someone still came to harm because of your actions.
And this can be true on an emotional level as well. Haven't you ever just gone about your business, doing your own thing, and found, to your surprise, that your actions triggered another person in the room? And you're just left there wondering what even just happened?
But really, it knows there's no actual body. It's just identifying (and wanting to perpetuate identification) with so- called material perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts...and pretending that these constitute a body/mind.
There's never actual matter, so no organized matter in a universe of consciousness. It's making up an energetic lie and convincing itself that there is this thing called matter. A "body/mind" is always implied and suggested by seemingly arising perceptions, sensations, feelings, etc. It is never actually present. It can't be in a universe of knowing. Impersonal belief is making up an entire virtual reality out of false/ objective knowing. There is never any such thing as material substance.
You have the decision to make are you doing sin or not. Now you accept the sin doing.
Who is the "you" who has decisions to make? Did you design and grow your own brain and then program it, or was all of that completely out of "your" control?
