Can you please provide an example how does the Tokenization of real estate works? I have a 300 hectare property in Costa Rica, 15 minutes from Jaco beach and hotels. About 100 hectare is planted with teak trees. Half is primary forest, which we will be receiving incentives to protect it. The business plan is to establish Geodesic domes and log cottages as hotel; we have the teak trees to build them. Increase banana plantation.
So we will generate hotel, selling of the teak trees, banana, and also planting other tropical fruit trees. We need to raise substantial amount to build several kilometres of access roads, building Geodesic domes and log homes. Agricultural tools and management cost. We need about $2,000,000. The property is valued at least six million us.
