    Sometimes things really are that simple!
    Sweet n sour is just... Sweet/sour/water
    Just as easy as homemade sour cream... Sour/cream (lemon or lime and heavy cream)

      Yes indeed, I use key lime juice, this Gastrique is fantastic on poached fish !

      Not at all. The Chinese sweet-and-sour and the French style evolved more or less independently. The technique is different. It's one of the miracles that we experience: everybody loves sweet and sour! My only complaint is that the video is too short.
