If I had the option, I would happily ditch my iPhone and switch back to these feature phones which were made recently and have 4G connectivity, because in India 3G basically doesn't exist anymore for the private telcos except for our state-owned BSNL. But, the problem is we are all too dependent and addicted to the convenience our smartphones have to offer like UPI payments for paying shopkeepers at petrol pumps, and grocery stores, WhatsApp for instant messaging and authenticator apps for work!
@@shilajitdutta I’ve tried dumb phones when I was younger and let me tell you as a person with a disability. It was not helpful for me to have a dumb phone even if I had a job because I was taking public transportation and I didn’t have a map to show me what bus stop to walk to what light rail stop to get off of and also as far as jobs go have an iPhone using indeed to find a job is so much easier. Than using a paper application just to get a job
I'm sorry to hear about your disability! I do agree that modern smartphone OSes have accessibility features to help disabled people with their daily lives compared to a Java-based OS on a feature phone and most manufacturers might choose to limit or exclude accessibility features to keep costs low! More power to you! 🙌🏼
I had one of these until I lost it one day… I had some fun memories with that phone.😢
