Currently playing The Last of Us Part 2 for the first time and even though I'm about halfway through, I'm very over it haha. I still love Naughty Dog as a studio, so might have to revisit Jak & Daxter after I finish it.
The thing that made LoP better than the fromsoft games for me is the blocking and perfect blocking mechanics. It gives you more options in combat, and lets you stay in a bosses face and lower its poise when it goes into a combo instead of constantly dodging.
I’ve been worrying about hard drive space a lot these past few weeks. Decided on what games I want installed, what I want uninstalled, and sometimes bring back (only to maybe uninstall it again) I wanna be able to play a lot of games in my backlog, but I also want enough space to screen record if I end having a video be 29 gigs big.
I played death and taxes and was really surprised. I've been in and out of the hospital made a zombie by meds, it was a great game for something that required low commitment while I was in and out of consciousness 😅
I played New Game+ for Lies of P right after I beat it. Lol. And usually with all souls like games I get tired near the end and just wanna beat it already. So I don’t take a point away from P for that But I never felt the need to run to survive… git gud, kid. Lmao
What have you been playing from your game backlog??
Awesome video! I recently beat Super Mario bros. Wonder, and currently playing Hogwarts Legacy. I am also slowly starting it takes Two with a friend!
I've been playing a bit of celeste and some ratchet and clank 2, both are great games and I recommend them to you

Guillermo del toro's Pinocchio is probably up there with Lies of P
Yeah I was going to say. There's straight up horror sequences in it, and it has that Don Bluth "let's just traumatize the audience" feel to it.
Cheers from over the pond in USA m8. Just picked up a steam deck and enjoy your content as it is relatable. Hope the best for you moving forward.
Shoutout for TheRetroDen amazing segment about FF VII Rebirth! Cheers!
As a Yakuza fan since 2016, Gaiden is PEAK!

Vertigo 1 was fun. Vertigo 2 was amazing.
