I've just bought a 2013 RAV 4 2.2dcat AWD Auto. Here in the UK the range topper is called Invincible. Being the diesel auto, it achieves around 34 to 35mpg. Lovely car, really enjoying it.
jcv1995 Gas in the UK is quite expensive compared to the US, so diesel is very popular. 27-28mpg in the UK with gas at $1.49 a litre wouldn't be viable but 34-38mpg is more acceptable.
It does not open separate from the door, that would be any year from 2013-2019 including the new redesigned RAV4. If that is an option you would like, the Highlander does have that option. The 4Runner also can, but it slides down like a passenger door window.
@@zincubuz3911 The driving experience is fine does great in the city and highway. Since filming this video, they redesigned the car and engine in 2019 which does have more power and torque than this video I will add
Very good detailed review! I have a question from you? I have a toyota camry 2014. But i started thinking to change it to rav4 so how smooth is your rav4 driving experience?
Before this RAV4, I had a 2003 4Runner, which had a stiff suspension. This to me seems a little softer than that. I've driven a Camry as well, and it's suspension is a little softer than the RAV4. I enjoy the drive over the bumpy roads in my area. I would suggest going to a Toyota dealer and test drive it on a bumpy or dirt road to see how you like it.
No, have not had that problem. I would bring it back to the dealer and ask them to check how clean the air filter, air intake box that holds the filter, and the cabin filter are. With it being used, one or both filters may need cleaning/replacing. Hope that helps.
Thank you for your awesome video, I Love my Blue 2015 Toyota Rav 4 Limited Platinum, it’s a very good Car and it has Front & Rear Heated Seats, When I Got Her From the Dealer She Had 7 Thousand miles on her, & Now She is Doing, 22,345 Original Miles Without Any issue , And up to Date Maintenance Every, 10.000 Miles She gets her Oil Changed... it’s A Very Awesome Car and I would Highly Recommend it To Anyone who Needs a Well Built Dependably Great Car , Just Simply the Best....👩🏾⚕️❤️🚙🦋👍

That's nice amount of miles. I don't believe there is a diesel version in the states.

One of the best reviews on youtube ..
Best review. I’m buying a used 2013 rav 4 . I’ll use your video when I get the car to learn about the functions. Thanks
The fourth generation Toyota RAV4 was the first Toyota RAV4 to include a rear liftgate door rather than a side-opening rear door 🚙
Nice car i need it how much
Great video. Does the lift gate window lift on any of these latest RAV4?

Does the fog light come included? Mine does not turn on. I have xle 2013 FWD.
Yes, they do. If you purchased used, it may be burnt out.
Errrr how’s the actual driving experience ??

Very good review. Lots of detail!
I love the color
Have you had issues with the vents smelling? Just bought one used last week and on Day 2 we got in car, smelled like a dish rag. :-(

Get quality gas only. That will preclude your vent from offensive odor

Is there a temperature gauge?
Yes, it's above the odometer. Look at 0:30 to see it.
Thank you
