I love the vibe of this song. It's like The Cure, Joy Division and Sisters of Mercy had a tryst and their children grew up to form a band and have a comparable sound that's also uniquely their own.
I’m a darkwave & 80s music lover through & through. By far, Twin Tribes is one of the best bands to encapsulate all of that since they entered the scene. This reminds me of "The Demonstration" era of Drab Majesty, but still has much of Twin Tribes own unique sound. It's sad that Drab Majesty doesn't sound like this anymore. Thanks you guys for keeping the goth torch burning!

im an Extreme metalist, and never got my self in electronic music or gothic.... Untill 2010-2012 . i was living in Germany this period and something just clicked in and i started liked it. i think it was the atmospheres,landscapes and the cold weather .... snow and so on. im a brazilian, but a very out of the box brazilian when it comes to brazilian stereotypes. i started with Tycho, then Perturbator, and a brazilian friend got me into twin tribes. awesome sound guys. congratulations for this awesome new song.
All of your music makes me feel young again.. I have not found ANY bands out there that keep an 80s sound to their music except for you and holygram. Your style needs to seriously be revisited by the mainstream, because the 80s style changed so many lives, and music forever. Please PLEASE never change... Absolutely unbelievable! How would I rank you ? Right up there with Gary Numan, A Flock of Seagulls, The Cure, The Cult, Sisters of Mercy, Darkseed, so many bands - with such talent, that changed the music world forever.
So, I feel it's important to note this. Bands with such a spectacular 80s sound, end up disappearing far too quickly in today's industry. Because everyone want's to put up their own 'interpretation' to their sound and their delivery.. And, how they want to "genre" them... It fits here, or it fits there... Post-punk, industrial, electronica... etc... NO People - listen... This is, without question - 100%, the 80s style . There was no genre, or sub-genre .. If you want to taste the 80s, this is it... In it's most basic and raw form. In the 80s there were so many forms of music but many bands were ripping away from the 70s disco, and the 70s rock forms - which is where pop, and many of the "experimental" bands came from (goth, punk, ska, rap, electronica, nuwave, darkwave, metal) - what you hear today in these "genres" , started in the 80s... But there wasn't the labels as we see music today, because they were being created at that time. So on to my point. When you have a band, that re-captivates the very essence of a style - you cannot use a post-era label for them, you have to put them where they really belong - which is, right in the "genre" they truly deserve - which in the case of Twin Tribes, truly 100% new material 80s style music. Please, be thoughtful to artists - they want to share their love of music to the world. Give them the true credit they deserve, not just --- oh, I could do better bullshit, this band or that band did it better.. no you cant and no they didn't karen... If this music or style isn't for you - simply don't remark or reply, just move on. Because you're basing on opinion, not experience. And if you're not a gen X - just completely move on with yourself.....
