I drew against Nigel Short in Bluecoat Chambers Liverpool, when he was a nipper. Don't knock it, he was beating very good players that age. I met him about 10 years ago. He was very tall. I challenged him to try to solve the mysteries of the Book of Revelation in the bible, a subtle way to suggest he gets saved by Christ (as no one can solve the Book without God). He did not seem interested in the bible. I do not think he saw the rook sacrifice. I think he should not have sacked the exchange. What do you think?
